The only reason Im giving this place a 3 star rating is because of my experience with Dr.Roth. A few weeks ago I brought my 8 week old puppy in for a new puppy check up, and when she saw my last name, she asked me the origin and I told her it was Native American. After that, she started saying the most obnoxious and stereotypical things about my race, and asked me if I was a "real indian or a fake indian" and then started making jokes about Native Americans and casinos. Im not someone who is easy to offend, but this was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever experienced. Prior to seeing this doctor I had always seen Dr.Bunck and she was AWESOME, but unfortunately, Dr.Roth ruined my experiences at this office and I have switched vets. Aside from her, the other drs and the assistants are very friendly and have always taken good care of my pets.

dont go in there with a dog with choking problem, they want to get all paperwork done before seeing dog. I guess a dog with a possible problem has to wait before they can do a short diagnosis, I think they worry about money more than dogs health that might be at immediate risk. I will never recommend some one who puts paperwork before checking a dog that is having problems breathing.

This is a Great place to take your pet. They have always been friendly, gone out of their way to help in however they can and they take the time to give personal service. They are always patient with any questions and concerns that I have and have squeezed me in for appointments when there was no other time that I could make it. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and all of his crew.

Dr Johnson is great. Both our dogs are getting into their senior years and have chronic conditions. We are very pleased with the care they receive at North Oak. Prices are on par with other vets weve visited. The staff is always polite, compassionate, and understanding.

Anytime I have taken either of my dogs they have been nothing short of phenomenal. I wouldnt trust anyone else with fur-babies! they have always been helpful and really kind and have the dogs best interest at heart.
