In response to the person that said a vet is more sterile than this facility. I spent 3 years of my life working in animal hospitals and I have cleaned up some of the most ungodly things. i am sure that this facility cleans just as much as a normal vet. Parvo is a nasty illness and it can be transported on your shoes as you walk from one area to another, as well as many other ways. When an animal is given the vaccination for parvo, it takes approximately ten days to get into the animals system. I had a similar situation where i adopted an animal from the pound and it was given the vaccine. She too came down with parvo and it cost me $1000.00 to get her well. So in reality I dont think it is a matter of cleanliness because lets face it when you are dealing with animals, cleanliness is a must but rather the animal more than likely already had the virus but not yet showing symptoms and at that point the vaccine was just a little too late.

First of all I want to say that the staff is nice... they really are. Now, I spent 20.00 on vaccinations.... no big deal right? Now my puppy is in the hospital with Parvo! Which is going to cost about $500.00. And then we have to hope that she lives through it. Lets think about it. Dogs are there to get their shots, right? That means that they dont have them or need a booster. Have you ever thought about how many germs are in the waiting room at a hospital? It is the same concept. So, please spend the extra money and go to a vet. A good vet where things are sterile and the dogs dont have contact with one another. Not a walk in clinic where there are (honestly) 10 dogs packed in a small waiting room for an hour and a half.

Called and set appointment to have my dog spay. Was asked dogs age and breed. Told them a 4 year old german shepherd. They set appointment for the following week at 9am. Arrived early on the scheduled day. It was a mad house. After filling out all the paperwork, was directed to next room to weigh my dog. She weighed 83.2. Little girl says we cant spay dogs over 80 lbs. I looked at her and asked if she was serious. She said yes sir, we dont have the facility to handle dogs over 80 lbs. I told her for 3 lbs I cant get my dog spay? She said yes sir. I told her that 3 lbs would not make a difference. She said thats the rule. Needless to say I was not very happy. So unless you have a lap yapper, dont bother going here.

These people are truely operating this organization out of the goodness of their hearts. Because of their low cost, I have been able to fix my animals and many other animals who wouldnt have otherwise been fixed. Please consider donating an additional $5 or $10 each time you go or bring some supplies. They are running on a shoestring and honestly need our help to keep their doors open. They have a list of things they need posted in the lobby. Right now they are in dire need of laundry detergent, trash bags, kitty litter, and cat food.

Ive used this place for several years for several dogs and cats. They provide limited but wonderful services at an unbelievable cost. It is certainly worth the waiting time and unusual hours. It should be a nation wide model of an excellent care, low cost delivery system for the services they provide.

Mostly friendly and helpful staff. They do care about what they do its just they are doing a lot and sometime the friendly doesnt make it to the table before your done. They are never rude or hateful though. Have used them for personal pets and trapped animals for the city. Good quality of services.

These ladies are amazing. I had my cat fixed here and they treated me and my cat the same way any place that charges $200 would for the same thing. Please donate. These are amazing people doing amazing things for the pets we consider family. Thanks guys, yall rock.

I brought in two dogs and a cat all at one time. They brought all of us back at one time. They are always so calm and kind. My babies are rescue babies and some have been badly mistreated before. They all stayed calm and our experience was a super good experience.

the clinic have very nice people and they treat my animals like their own babies. They are slow at times or dont have enough help but for a discounted price on shots and surgery, wow they have better care than the free clinics for people.

Everyone at this location was sweet to my big ol baby... Even when she decided to show her teeth at another pit that walked in. They know and treat these animals as if they were their own! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Its low cost- grant funded I believe. They help spay/neuture for people like us on a budget. We took both our dog and cat 1 year ago. Both are healthy and happy.
