I very seldom write reviews, however, I feel compelled to tell people about the amazing results Ive had with Kansas City Chiropractic. After years of health issues (too many to list) I have been left with chronic pain in many parts of my body - the worst being serious nerve pain in my teeth due to a bad reaction to an antibiotic. I had great care in IA before moving to KC a few months ago but mostly it just kept my pain tolerable. Finding a new chiropractor was one of the first things on my "to-do" list after moving and I was very fortunate to find Dr. McIntosh. Ive been seeing her for a couple of months now for adjustments (and Dr. Jauhari for deep laser) and I can honestly say I think I am moving away from just controlling my pain to a place that I feel will END my pain. I cant thank them enough for the amount of time they have spent listening to my history, talking through options, and providing amazing results; I now have many days that are totally pain free - something I never thought I would experience again. Ive tried the conventional/traditional (MDs)route of pain management and it never really helped to anything but leave me in a fog so I didnt care about my pain --- this is the place to go if you are looking for true relief. I cant thank them enough for all they have done. (PS - the support staff is as helpful and friendly as you will ever find!)

Kansas City Chiropractic is fantastic! Ive been to several Chiropractors in my life time for general health. But KC Chiropractic is the best. Dr McIntosh interviews me each time I visit and listens to what Im experiencing and then provide the appropriate care that I need. Dr McIntosh and her staff are friendly and professional. I recommend them highly. Im a 52 year old male and have been living with back pain for 15+ years. Thus the reason to visit other chiropractors in my past. When I first went to the practice, I was experiencing back pain from my mid-back that radiated around the right side under my ribs to my front and was starting to experience numbness in my toes also on the right side. after a several months of continued adjustments and some laser treatments I no longer have these issues as they have disappeared. I now continue adjustments on a maintenance schedule and feel wonderful. Dr McIntosh has also helped me to restore health by measuring my nutrition levels and providing supplements to balance out my deficiencies, which has helped my energy levels and focus. I highly recommend Dr McIntosh, and her staff, as she is a wonderful person who I believe genuinely wants to help people. She is a great Dr. and professional in every aspect. :)

I started seeing Dr.McIntosh for a lower back injury in August 2013. Thanks to her and the rest of the Kansas City Chiropractic team, I am now feeling better than I ever thought I would again. My lower back rarely bothers me anymore; before I came in sitting down on a hard surface was practically impossible due to the pain and sitting anywhere for long periods of time was challenging. Now, most of my problems are around exams in college as studying requires me to spend a lot of time hitting the books. Recently, she let me try the deep tissue/class 4 laser for a flare-up, and it helped immensely. I went from having the worst back pain Id had since I started seeing her to comfortably hitting the slopes in CO skiing in 48 hours! I am so impressed with the attention that has gone into my care at Kansas City Chiropractic, both in helping me recover from my injury and in any flare-ups that occur. If youre looking for relief from your pain, give them a try. They do a fantastic job!

Ive been coming to Dr MacIntosh for around two years and I love her office. Always professional and exceptional at customer care. I was recently hurt and recovering from a compound fracture and puncture wounds in my hand that have left me with scarring and reduced mobility. Dr MacIntosh recommended laser therapy and the results were incredible. One session reduced my pain, reduced the tightness in my scars, allowing me for the first time in two months to straighten my hand into a flat position. Ive never used laser therapy and was impressed by the immediate relief and it made me hopeful that I may gain most of my mobility back with additional treatments.

I cant find enough good things to say about my first experience with Kansas City Chiropractic. I found them by internet search for acupuncture. I have been suffering from a rare reaction to a flu shot several weeks ago that gave me aches and pains throughout my body, especially at my injection arm and site. After my first treatment of manipulation and acupuncture, I felt 75% better and my back felt better than it had in many months. Dr. McIntosh was thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and professional. Accommodation of an immediate appointment was key. 5 stars from me!!!!

I have been a chiropractic patient for over 10 years. I started seeing Dr. McIntosh after I found out I was pregnant. My headaches had returned and the chiropractor I had wasnt able to do adjustments because of my pregnancy. It turns out this was a blessing. Dr. McIntosh is by far the best chiropractor I have seen. Not only did she fix my headaches she made my pregnancy much more comfortable. I started taking my baby to her the week after he was born. I rarely get headaches and my son doesnt have trouble with ear infections or much teething pain. I only wish I had started going to her sooner.

I have gone to chiropractors off and on almost my entire life. I quit going for several years but lately I have been unable to walk without a limp as my hip was killing me. One my co-workers recommended KC Chiropractic as they were able to give her relief. I had my first visit two weeks ago and was able to walk out of the office without a limp and no hip pain for the first time in weeks. Dr. McIntosh was amazing. I will continue to go back and highly recommend if you are looking for relief, look no further.

First off, Thank you Dr. McIntosh! I have been seeing Dr McIntosh for several years now. Initially, i saw Dr. McIntosh for lower back problems. She was able to both identify and correct the source of what was causing me back pain, as well as identify the cause of some of my chronic headache problems that I have had for many years. The staff is always easy to work with and very kind. I would highly recommend Kansas City Chiropractic to anyone needing chiropractic care and nutritional wellness.

My experience here has been amazing. Everyone is professional, friendly and considerate. The office feels modern, but welcoming and getting reminder texts before my appointments is extremely helpful. Dr. McIntosh really took the time to listen to what was bothering me, and as a result I feel so much better! I always leave feeling better, and more refreshed, than when I walked in. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is in pain, or looking for an answer to their discomfort.

I began to see Dr. McIntosh for structural pain and chronic illness that my doctors couldnt cure. There were days that Id appear in her office in tears because of the headaches were so excruciating. She has been amazing! Dr. McIntosh has made it a point to work on identifying the cause of my issues rather than just treating the symptoms. Shes used adjustments, acupressure and coached me on nutrition. As a result, Im FINALLY healthy again. Im incredibly grateful that I found her!
