I had the most horrible experience with Dr. Terry Moore at Baytown Back Pain!! I was in a bad accident, and had some resulting injuries. I could not see my regular doctor/chiropractor because they do not handle accident claims. I was referred to Baytown Back Pain, since it was close to where I work. Talk about milking the system! They have a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all treatment plan for each patient, regardless of their injury/chief complaint. I wasted two months of my life (2-3x a week), and they did nothing to help me! I finally was released from care, and went to my own chiropractor, even though I had to pay out of my own pocket. They diagnosed my injury on the first visit, and created a thorough plan of treatment! Dr. Moore never even conducted a proper assessment to diagnose the problem- in two months!! In fact, my chiropractor even stated that the treatment Dr. Moore was providing probably made my back injury WORSE!! (TENS Unit was not indicated for the type of injury that I had). Worst experience ever, and a total waste of my time and $3000! Stay away from Dr. Moore!

I sent my husband here on 12/3/15. He had been in pain for days. I used them once before and liked their tense machine so i recommended him. He got there at 8am. Wasnt seen till 9am. Had an xray done the at 930am had an adjustment and they told him since he had to be at work at 10am they didnt have time for anything else and for him to reschedule. Wth! I feel horrible for sending him here now. The doctor didnt not explain any treatment plan or anything to help with the pain. A quick pop and thats it. This was why they werent busy too. Just took our hard earned money for nothing. And the front office wasnt the kindest when my husband told them after 45 minutes in the waiting room that he had to be at work at 10am. Not happy at all

I had the worst stiff/sore neck of my life for a week and went in for an adjustment. The doctor cracked every bone in my neck (seriously, I was slightly freaked out how many times it cracked), and I immediately felt better. They almost lost a star because the wait time was way too long, but my almost instant relief, plus a nice doctor and staff is worth five stars to me!

I just want to say how AWESOME the staff and the Drs are here at Baytown Back Pain & Health Center are. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. From check-in to Check-out, nothing but SMILES!!! I would recommend everyone to come here and experience what I experienced !! Keep up the great work the compassion and the smiles!!!!

I think the nurses at this office are awesome! Id even go so far as to say they RoCk! All the doctors are Fantastic as well !! Its obvious they vEry much Love what they do; theyve all been doing it for years & years ( & years ); and they are VERY good at it.

As a stylist who cuts mens hair 50+ hrs a week on my feet I often experience back and shoulder pain. Dr. Yanis is by far the best chiropractor and I send all my girls to him. He is knowledged and I feel 21 again every time I leave!
