The facility is nice, but the head chiropractor, Dr. Brechtel, is not. She is condescending and rude. She criticized me for not having a firm enough stomach for her liking (after touching and wiggling around my midsection to demonstrate her dislike) and even commented on how my nose looked broken and tried to shove it back in place with her fingers without asking me if that was ok. On top of this, she made comments in jest such as "man, your body is totally screwed up" which is something you should never say to a patient even if it is true. Finally, it seems as though her goal is to whip through as many patients as possible in a day, a try and sell everyone some form of supplement that they need (which they conveniently happen to sell at the front desk). Finally, her massage staff is impolite and inexperienced. People deserve to be treated better than this, and I am sure that many are fooled by the nice facility into thinking they are getting proper care. Im sure she will attempt to delete this post after I make it, so I will continue reposting daily to get the word out.

I have received chiropractic care for most of my adult life .None of which could remotely compare to HealthMatters chiropractic. The staff is professional,very knowledgeable and compassionate as well as being able to fine tune my path to health.I have been with them for over 6 years and I honestly believe I would have never made it to retirement without them! My life has been and continues to be improved and enriched by these remarkable folks .I have recommended and will continue to recommend HMchiropractic to anyone needing superior exceptional care.

Ive been coming to see Dr. Martin during pregnancy as I was having some back pain. At first I was skeptical that a chiropractor could help me with the issue, but after my first visit I started to feel much better. I was very impressed with all of the office staff. Everyone was very nice and I was treated with respect. I continued to come the rest of my pregnancy and also received prenatal massages at Health Matters. I strongly recommend them to all of my friends now.

I love love love this place. I play contact sports and regularly hobble in with some kind of issue from falls or hits. Dr. Brechtel and her team ALWAYS make me feel better and I walk out realigned and smiling. I refer to her as the "back whisperer" because she always knows exactly what I need. I couldnt recommend it more highly.

Ive been a patient here for many, many years. At first I needed intensive treatment and eventually, the treatment along with other lifestyle changes I find Im much stronger. I continue to go for monthly maintenance. Dr. Brechtel has magic hands for sure.
