I made Dr Meyer my primary care Dr about 3 years ago. He seemed like a compassionate, caring Dr but his support staff is horrible. Several calls have to be made to even reach someone on the phone and then expect to be put on hold. Last week... 8 min hold. Today 6 min. I went to him the day after a trip to the ER because I was told that I possibly have kidney stones and to follow up with primary care. I did the following day. After I went they told me to call in a few days if I was still feeling bad. I called Thursday afternoon twice without actually getting thru to anyone. So I called Friday and they want me to come in again without referring me to someone qualified to actually treat kidney stone. They made an appt. For Monday at 1:30 p.m. I was on my way in and called to tell them I would be 15 minutes late. She said if it was not much more than that it would be ok. Well I was 16 minutes late. The Dr refused to see me. With severe pain from kidney stones. I have referred two people to their office and have spent way more than 15 minutes on hold and trying to actually get a hold of a live person there in the last few years being a patient. So for them to refuse me after I called with unexpected delays goes to show me that its not really about the patients health or well being but the almighty dollar. $30 from me and $70 something from my insurance every time I come. When I actually only see the Dr for 5-7 minutes of my 15 minute alloted time. My two last primary care physicians had a much better support staff and were much more eager to comfort and accommodate their patients. Plus I found out from my insurance I dont need referral from primary. But I feel Dr Meyers office wanted me to come in twice because of "billable time" M.B

My daughter and I have been going to this practice for years. The physicians and staff have proven time and time again, whether its a routine thing or an emergency, that they know what theyre doing. I always feel cared for, always feel listened to, and we always have a care plan within a day of needing help. Im not going to say that other reviewers giving less than five stars here are straight up wrong, but Ive tested the strength of this practice with everything from chronic lung infections to a jacked up toe after a bad pedicure in New York to bizarro rare skin issue that my daughter has. Whenever I call, they still answer the phones, and they always know how to help. Weve moved into a neighboring county since starting to come to Piper Hill, but I will continue to drive the almost 45 minutes to get there. This practice is that awesome! Now dont go hogging all the appointments.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Meyer and his staff! I take my whole family to him. Hes always been able to fit us in when we are sick, he listens to our symptoms and orders the appropriate test to make sure were properly diagnosed. I never wait long to be seen and he never rushes through our appointments. He always asked if we have additional questions and if we do not he makes sure we have his number in case anything comes up. His receptionist tracey and nurse janelle are always very nice and helpful. I appreciate Dr Meyer and am happy we chose him for our doctor!

Horrible service amazingly the DR I was seeing left out of the blue - I had seen them in april - again amazingly all my prescreiptions are no longer vaild because they left and the office wants me to come in again to see another DR - spend more money - just to get scripts - was just in in april not my issue DR left - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY BAD need to remember who your customers are - we have choices would never recommend this office to anyone!

I recently missed my appointment and the receptionist told me that the company policy is to refuse my business forever, or in there words: "we cant do business with you". They said if I had notified them within a 2 hour window it would be ok, but since I missed they cant do business with me anymore. My whole family uses this place but now looking elsewhere. Poor customer service in my opinion. At least offer an exception or penalty.

My whole family loves Dr. Meyer! He always takes time to listen to all our needs. He never prescribes unnecessary medication & if a problem needs a specialist he sends us right on. Tracy & Janelle are the best ladies! They always have a friendly smile & a positive attitude. We always feel better after leaving Dr. Meyers office just knowing we are in good hands.

Ive read reviews and some I dont know who they are reviewing. Ive been a patient of Dr. Voges for 15 or more years. In all this time I have only found support staff to be very caring and helpful. The doctor also very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to spend time with me if needed. .

The entire staff,other than the doctors, have been incredibly rude and impatient. Im a new mom working full time and try as best I can, and being 10 minutes late shouldnt make me feel like a terrible mother. Nor forgetting a pacifier when she unexcpectingly needed to give blood. Awful staff.
