I have been going there for 10 plus years. I am a self-proclaimed Dental Sissy. Even getting my teeth cleaned hurts. Or at least I think it does. However things seem to be a lot more comfortable there I dont know if its techniques or if it is just the fact they make things seem comfortable so I dont think about it. I have had several dentists in my life and these guys are by far the best. In the past I would go years without going to the dentist because I hated it. Now I go religiously and do not have any issues whatsoever with keeping my appointments. Lindsey is my hygentist and I have had her since she has started there. She is a good girl. She does a good job and seems to make things as painless as possible. She has a good sense of humor and is easy to get around with. So far everyone there from the office Personnel all the way up to the dentist himself they are all good people to deal with. I would have no problem whatsoever referring anybody I know to them.

Parkway is great! The people are always friendly and helpful and I love Dr. Austin! My last visit I had a strange bump on the inside of my lip and Dr. Austin was able to help me determine what it was and what we needed to do about it. The girls fit me in the schedule as soon as I called. Today, I had a regular cleaning scheduled and I decided that I wanted to know more about my wisdom teeth coming in. Lindsay and Dr. Austin had me get an X-ray of my head. We found two wisdom teeth and a strange calcium growth in my jaw. They immediately directed me to surgeons so that it could be confirmed the growth was nothing dangerous. I am so thankful for the care and effort they put forth to make me feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you Dr. Austin for pointing me in the right direction, and keep up the great work! I absolutely love your office! :)

This has to be the best dental office I have ever been to. Starting with your first contact with this office you will get to experience customer service at its best. Then you will soon realize that everyone explains everything to you starting at the front desk to the dr to the dental hygienist (Alicia) explains and makes sure you understand. I even have revived a call from the Doctor the night of a procedure to make sure i was ok. This Dentist clearly understands customer device is as important as giving the best dental care. I am over 60 and have been to a lot of dentist and I recommend this Office and his team over any one else I have ever been to in my life.

Ive been to a dozen dentists over the years... Let my experience save you time and hassle, this is it! Heres an office with everything you want in an office and nothing you dont. The entire staff somehow manages to naturally fall into that balance of being both personal and professional. This is the sort of Dentist office I did not realize existed anymore. If you want to gamble, go to one of those Megaplex offices with a bakers dozen docs and be herded in like cattle. If you want a personal pleasant experience go with Ryan and his truly above and beyond staff at Parkway Family Dental. The only negative was not finding them sooner.

I took my five year old son to Parkway Family Dental Care. This was his first time ever being at the dentist. He was terrified to go, but luckily with much persuasion he decided to give it a chance. Alicia Page was his hygienist and she was so calm and attentive to my son. She made his experience absolutely wonderful. My son loved that she gave him "Mr. Thirsty" and thought it was the funniest thing. Dr. Austin was very friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. The office is very clean! I am very pleased with my experience and will be back!

Ive been to many different dentists throughout the years and I knew after my first visit there today that Ive finally found a long term dental provider at Parkway Family Dental. Dr Austin is very nice & professional and Alicia, the dental hygenist, is as sweet as she can be and very gentle. Im glad I found this office. I would recommend going to them.

Never had a bad experience. Dr. Austin and his staff are always friendly and accommodating. I feel they are upfront and honest. Since I have a cleaning every four months I see the hygienist Lindsay the most. She is personable yet very professional and I always feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend this office.

By far the worst billing ever, Dentist has always been delightful. The girls have no idea how to bill an insurance claim. The biller Jackie is the rudest individual, She hung up on me when I tried to express my concerns. Will never go to this company again. I will let everybody know not to do business with.

Havent seen a dentist in 10 years. I had an abscessed molar, Dr Austin did an excellent no pain root canal procedure and crown. 2 weeks later Lindsay performed a deep cleaning with no pain. This office is very professional and made me feel welcomed. Im not scared of the dentist anymore!!!!
