So it was late one night and I was hanging out with my children and as I was chewing and popping my gum, the most horrible thing happened to me......it felt like a popcorn kernel, except I wasnt eating popcorn. OMG! I pulled a piece of my tooth out of my mouth. OMG! I called my husband, I said my tooth just broke, he thought I was joking. Why would anyone joke about something like that! I was frantic and terrified. I did not know what to do. I had my daughter take pictures of my tooth to see how bad the real damage was. She was making horrible sounds, “eeewww mom, does that hurt, that looks gross, ewwww!” The piece that fell out of my mouth appeared much smaller than the gapping whole in my tooth. All my senses started to kick in. I was feeling sensation in my tooth, OMG, how was I going to eat, how was I going to drink, how was I going to sleep, people have died over a tooth issue, I did not want to die. As frantic as I was, thru all the stories I was telling myself about this gapping whole in my mouth, I got a hold of "No Pain-Chang". I sent her office the disturbing pictures of the gapping whole in my mouth. She immediately got in contact with me, like my regular Primary Care Physician to check my symptoms and see where I was on a scale 1 to 10. I was devastated!! How could this happen to me? I have an appearance and could not afford a hole in my tooth, plus I like to eat and I knew I would not be able to enjoy my food for fear that it would cause an infection. I tell you, "No Pain-Chang” tended to my needs and got me in the very next day, she shuffled her schedule to help me in my CRISIS. Needless to say, the whole hole is now fixed and I am once again enjoying all of my foods and am able to smile SUPERBLY BIG. I love that my dentist catered to me and was concerned. In this day and age, the only thing that separates businesses is their customer service and expertise. I trust her with my teeth and my family’s teeth. THANK YOU, NO PAIN-CHANG and staff. Yall are AWESOME!!!

Hello America...Omaha, Nebraska. I am a willing and able patron of Anding Family Dental. Somehow my wife and Is schedule got a little mixed up so now I go to the Dentist opposite of my wife and kids unfortunately. The thing is and I love Anding Family Dental for this, they still make accommodations so that I can come and assist with my children while my wife is getting her work done and while my daughter is getting hers done...because someone has be with my baby boy. Then after all is said and done he gets his done at 1 1/2 years old! I love it! Also not to mention because Dr. Chang is "No Pain Chang" my kids are excited about brushing and my little Memphis cant wait to brush in the morning and tries to sneak 2 or 3 more brushes in throughout the day (he hasnt learned yet 2 times a day and as needed), they love going to the dentist. Second to last, I have the same Dental Hygienist every time I go in if possible and she knows my teeth. From the time you are greeted by the EXCEPTIONAL RECEPTIONIST to the exit, your are treated with LOVE! All in all I have never been witness to such a loving friendly environment topped with excellence in service! Thank you AFD!

Initially everything was fine with this clinic until I got an old filling replaced. After the filling was replaced that whole side of my mouth could not be used. I expressed my concerns to the doctor only for her to tell me I must grind my teeth. Im sorry but even if that was the case teeth grinding would not warrant me to take ibuprofen and oxy around the clock just to manage the pain. So after receiving my mouth guard I called back to try and set up another appointment and express my concern once more only for the receptionist to tell me that the doctor thinks I should go somewhere else since the trust was broken. Keep in mind I was on the phone in tears from pain. I do not recommend this place simply because this situation should have never happened. I should not have been turned away because the doctor couldnt find a proper solution.

My last visit to Anding Family Dental was to get a cavity filled (bummer right?) NOT EVEN! The flow from check in to check out was so smooth and efficient. Not to mention scheduling my appointment time from the very beginning was so easy! I actually got to talk to a real person! I felt that they really valued my time as the patient. I was able to joke and laugh with all the staff and even when it came to the numbing Dr. Chang executed it flawlessly. I was super surprised and happy to know my filling was tooth colored instead of gray and was well worth the money! My favorite part of all though was the education. The dental hygienist and Dr. Chang answered all my questions and even threw in their knowledge on the procedure and walked me through everything. I will always refer my friends and family to Anding Family Dental!

I just called the dental office to make an appointment Ive been trying for a little while now to get in the few times I called before I just couldnt work with the schedule I had at the time but this time we are all set!!! Im happy to finally be able to get the kids in thank you God. I want to say excellent service from the office staff. Stephanie is soooo kind...not only that she worked with me until we were able to get a time in for my babies. She was professional the entire time with a sweet tone of voice. For the year of 2016 out of everyone I have spoke to dealing with customer service she would get the best customer service award. Thanks maam for having friendly, professional, people in office I cant wait to come in office.

Dr. Chang is the best dentist in Omaha. She knows what shes doing. I will never go to another dentist in Omaha, I have never met a dentist who cares so much about your well being. Not only are all the employees in her office friendly and professional there is a calm and warm feeling in this office, You are seen without waiting for long periods of time, and best of all no pain for whatever you are in the office for. I pray that all of Omaha gives this office a visit because you will not be disapponted in your care. I give this office the highest praise for quick and professional service along with a lot of love for your personal hygiene care for your teeth. This office TOTALLY AWESOME
