I am very terrified of the dentist. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and speaking to the lady she was absolutely amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I went in for my appointment and the office is very clean and nice and the staff is very friendly. Considering my fear of dentist this place made me feel very comfortable. Everything is new and high-tech LOL. I worked with Dr. Glass and he was very friendly and professional and was very considerate of my needs and my fears. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand. I will definitely be going back and I will definitely recommend Councill Dental Group to my friends and family.

I have been here since I was a little girl and I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The staff is so genuinely kind and just setting an appointment over the phone puts you in a better mood. Also, the staff never rushes you off the phone or seems too busy for you. Both doctors seem highly intelligent and take time to answer your questions. The hygienists are a joy to be around. Also, during certain seasons, one of the doctors has a garden and he will set out baggies of home grown vegetables that you can take home with you when you leave.

From the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist himself, I was treated respectfully and made to feel completely comfortable. Everyone in this office is so friendly! Dr. Glass did an amazing job explaining everything to me in terms that I could understand. I did not feel rushed at all! This is exactly the kind of experience you want to have when you visit a dental office! My husband just loves Dr. Councill as well. We could not be more pleased.

Dr. Glass and staff are phenomenal in that our 25-year old son with autism, Patrick, would not initially open up his mouth for routine cleaning and check-up yesterday morni g till he eventually did. Dr. Glass and hygienist were ultra patient and understanding of our situation. This dental practice has true commitment and dedication to special needs population. Manager, Wynette, is very knowledgeable with high communication skills. Highly recommend!
