Dr. Kim is the best dentist I have ever met. My family have lived in the Woodlands for over ten years, after switching three dental offices, we are finally in good hands of the first class dentist Dr. Kim. He is taking care of my whole family, including my eight-years and ten-years old. We switched to Serenity Dental in an emergency situation a couple of years ago. My eight-years old was scheduled with my previous dentist for a root canal a week later, but he suffered so much in the meantime and even woke up in the middle of the night due to toothache. Based on my neighbors recommendation, I called Serenity Dental the next morning for an urgent appointment, and the office was so quick and responsive, and got us in just one hour. That meant the start of our good luck. Dr. Kim was in office that day, and he gave my son a careful review and discussed in detail with me about the treatment plans. After answering all of my questions, he suggested root canal is not necessary and filling is worth trying. Throughout the discussion and treatment, I was impressed at Dr. Kim’s knowledge, skill and thoughtfulness. In that visit, he found one of the fillings done by the previous dentist fell off, he even fixed it without being asked (Actually for that same filling, my son already went back to the previous dentist at least twice because it kept falling off). Since that visit my eight-years old has not complained anything and is thankful for what Dr. Kim did. Dr. Kim did such a great job, and he is such a warm, friendly and trust-worthy dentist. Even what makes better, the cost we paid in Serenity was much lower than the estimate by the previous dentist. First class service at a reasonable cost, what else can you ask? That is why my whole family switched to Serenity Dental. I have recommended a few friends to Serenity Dental, and they are all happy with Dr. Kim and other dentists there. In the past two years, my family received the best dental care and had wonderful experience with Dr. Kim, including some root canal and other treatments. All the staff, like Courtney, Cindy, Bianca, Joyce, are super friendly and treat you like their family members. The office runs so efficiently, anything I ask, I get response right away. They are so helpful, reliable and trust worthy. I cannot say thank you enough for all of their first class and friendly services. Plus, the office is open seven days a week, and you can even schedule your visit on weekends!

Rated Serenity Dental 1 star because the front desk scheduling staff has the worst attitude I have encountered in healthcare. I scheduled an urgent appointment on Sunday and confirmed 4:40pm; I asked for an earlier time but this was the soonest they could get me on the schedule. The following day I noticed a text message stating my appointment was at 3:50 and I immediately called the dentist office. I informed the front desk of my appointment time and was not aware they moved me up on the schedule. The scheduling assistant then informed me the doctor had a no show and they moved me up. Due to the urgent dental request I rushed to the clinic which is 5 miles from my house only to be told my appointment was given away even though I was an hour early for my 4:40 appointment. I can say each time I spoke with the front desk they were extremely rude and did nothing to remediate the error they made on the schedule. After insisting to speak with the manager the dentist finally saw me and performed a procedure. I was told the doctor would follow-up the next day; it has been a week and a half and no call back. I was able to find another dentist in the Woodlands and explained the appalling treatment received and they offered to finish my procedure with professional and quality care and offered a discount for the horrendous treatment received at Serenity Dental.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!!! Shockingly refreshing experience...It started with the first phone call. I was in severe pain and it was SUNDAY. I googled "dentists open near me" thinking i would show up empty handed but to my surprise search results was a success....WHAAAAT?!?!?! So I called. The most compassionate and knowledgeable receptionist answered the phone. I was seen an hour later. The new patient paperwork was unlike anything ive ever seen, it asked questions about my opinion about my pearly whites and had room for me to express my concerns and fears. The dental hygenist who saw me first had actually read what i had written about and talked to me like he had known me for years. He put my mind at ease and even had me laughing despite the pain I was in. I went in with an extremely painful absessed tooth and the staff here put me at ease and made me feel as comfortable as possible. There was no wait time at all. Dr. Kim was very gentle and explained to me what he was doing before he did it. The pricing is MORE than fair. I would recommend Serenity Dental to EVERYONE!!!! I have scheduled my 5year old and one year old to see Dr. Kim this Sunday.

Worst dental experience I have had in my life. I went in for a new permanent crown due to a chip in the previous. I left with 3 fillings recommended to be done, one went deeper than it should have after a second opinion of the X-Rays causing pain being near the pulp. I visited the office weekly seeking a solution for the extreme pain I ended up having for 4 weeks straight and was told my tooth (back molar) is just getting use to the filling then sent away. I ended up going to an Endodontist who found it was not the molar they worked on causing the pain but one behind it. Found out the Serenity office also did a filling on this tooth (I was unaware) and the tooth was now dead and end up needing a root canal. Prior to the procedure, I suffered the worst debilitating pain I have experienced (in my life) for 36 hours as it came on suddenly and no Endodontist within reasonable driving distance in my condition was available to take me for that amount of time. $2000 out of pocket (with insurance) majorly avoidable but I made the mistake to not investigate a company due to convenience. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Dr. Chung and his staff at Serenity Dental are very caring and accommodating to all their patients receiving dental care and treatment. Dr. Chung is extremely knowledgeable in the field of dentistry. He has treated me, my husband and our children at his office. The solutions he recommends for dental issues are very cost effective. Serenity Dental has my familys dental care well in hand. When my children went in for their 6 month checkup, Dr. Chung was very thorough in his review of their development and he recommended and implemented at that checkup safe guards against decay in the health of their teeth. When I had an emergency dental issue, I went to Serenity Dental for a second opinion on what needed to be done. Dr. Chung made sure I was seen and the issue resolved that same day. I highly recommend Serenity Dental for anyone needing dental care on a routine and/or emergency basis.

I have been with them since they have opened up. Their hours are awesome, open late and on weekends. You dont find that with most dentist at all. I have recommended multiple people to come inland all have been pleased with the services they had done. I even had a couple of friends the were in a emergency case and they were help out with no problem. All of my family comes here and I believe so should yours. Up dating this 1/7/2017, Still love going and using Serenity dental for all my familys dentist needs. Still a lovely staff and helpful dentist staff. If you for get when your appointment is they have text messages and email reminders. Plus if you need to walk in for an emergency they have 2 separate locations 1 in Magnolia in one in Spring Texas. Update June 11 2017. Had a great cleaning today. Everyone was so helpful.
