If you are in need of a good dentist in the dover area i would highly recommend Healthy Smiles. The staff is very friendly and communicate with you they make you feel welcome. Jenna the receptionist even knows your name when you come in. On my first visit Jenna walked me around the office showing the different rooms explained all the machines and what they could do there. I have dealt with Kathy, Hannah and Dr Henderson. All very professional and genuinely care about you. This dentist and his staff will not treat you like you are just another warm body in the chair,they are very friendly. I have had some extra work down and I have seen Hannah a few times and she explains the tools she will be using and is very good at answering the questions i have about different products on the market telling me which ones are good which ones are okay. She also willing to explain what she is about to do so you are no longer intimidated by the picks and drills etc. You cant go wrong if you choose Dr Henderson and his staff for your dental needs.

If youre looking for a great dentist for either yourself or your family, Healthy Smiles is the place. I hadnt been to the dentist in over 13 years due to a bad experience. I did some landscaping on the property around the same time they were having an open house. Knowing that I needed to put the past behind me and start taking care of my teeth, I went inside. It was a great decision! Dr. Henderson and his staff at Healthy Smiles, made me feel very comfortable. The office is clean, very professional and the equipment is first class. My visit today was incredible. My hygienist explained every step that she did,informing me what the tool did and why it was needed. She didnt push any procedure on me, but instead educated me on them. I was very impressed. Making Healthy Smiles my home for dentistry was one of the best choices Ive made. If youre looking for a well respected dentist office with a great staff, look no farther. Healthy Smiles is the best!!!

This was my first dentist appointment in many years, and while I expected to be anxious about it, I felt comfortable with Healthy Smiles before I even arrived at the office. From the first phone conversation I had to schedule my appointment to arriving and having my teeth cleaned, I felt relaxed and in good hands. Unlike previous experiences at the dentist, I didnt feel judged about not having kept up with my teeth and gums like I should have. Instead, I was given valuable information about the health of my teeth and felt as though I was finally recieving the encouragement and support I needed to make my smile something I was proud of. Also, Hannah, who cleaned my teeth...AWESOME!! I cant thank my friends enough for recommending Healthy Smiles and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a great dentist. I will definitely be back!

Ive been going to Healthy Smiles for over 10 years and although I was made aware that Dr. Henderson was retiring I was under the assumption that the business itself would remain intact and that I would be dealing with the same team. Im now finding out that the business was sold to a corporation and that everyone, even my hygienist is gone. The new Dr. Tamm and staff seem very pleasant and capable but the fact that I was not made aware of the scope of these changes disappoints me greatly with Dr.Henderson and his staff who I trusted, and very suspect of all that are involved. I might have been more receptive about the change if all parties involved had been honest from the get go. It does not make me happy to say that I will likely take my business elsewhere.

Overall my experience with Healthy Smiles is very positive. Dr. Henderson is an excellent, kind and caring Doctor. I dont get to see him on every visit, which I find weird, but the hygienists call him in whenever needed. He is EXCELLENT with visible crowns. The hygienists do seem to rotate frequently but I have yet to meet one that I dont like. The only negative I can say is that they are a little pushy with some dental care that is not absolutely necessary, and the prices are very high. Excellent doctor + staff, just question suggestions before getting automatically scheduled for unnecessary procedures.

When I found Healthy Smiles I was a recent graduate from UNH who had not been to a dentist in several years. I went to my first visit and was blown away. The staff is so friendly and considerate of any questions I had. After a cleaning and several fillings I decided to go to undergo their Invisalign treatment. I am only on my sixth tray out of twenty one but already I am so happy with the process. The staff is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions (which are a lot) fully and puts my nerves at ease. I could see this being a lasting relationship.

The dental care is excellent and Dr Henderson is willing to sit and talk about the reasoning and hard facts behind his recommendations. I have visited other dentists(aspen) in the past and felt they were more interested in a sales pitch than a consultation. Healthy smiles always has your best interests at heart. The staff I met here so far have all been very friendly. They are willing to do all of the leg work to ensure you know what you will be paying up front and will make calls to your coverage provider on your behalf.

I have been with Dr. Henderson for 2 years and I have never been more confident in a dentist and the support staff is thorough and very helpful. They have always helped me with insurance claims and have been more than willing to go out of their way when my insurance company was acting up..not uncommon. My previous dentist office never went out of their way for me and I felt like just another number. Either way, I feel taken care of here at Healthy Smiles! Love this place.

Ive been a patient at Healthy Smiles for about four years now. I find their customer service excellent and personally I really enjoy the new dentist Dr. Tamm. I really appreciate how smoothly the transition from one dentist to the next went and I dont notice any difference in the service or care that they provided to the patient since the change. Ive lived in Dover Manchester and Portsmouth, I plan on keeping Healthy Smiles as my primary dentist regardless of where I am.

I started working in Dover in 1993. Asked my co-workers about what dentist to use and no one raved about thier dentist. Decided to roll the dice and go to Dr. Henderson as he was close to my office. Have definitely won the lottery with that roll. He and his staff have been treating my husband and our 3 girls since then! We always have excellent service and they are all a wonderful caring group of individuals. Would(and have) highly recommend Healthy Smiles!

worst dental office for military and dependents stay away. does not take tricare prime waited over six months to get teeth done never called me back to let me know if they had gotten into tricare system. Gave me the run around about if they had it or not. Would have given them a four out of five but for this most frustrating experience. hopefully now that Im transferring I can see a dentist that does take tricare or will actually know if they done.
