What a pleasant experience i had with artisan dentistry clinic in Newportbury on friday. I was a walk in with out any prior appointment and was suffering with real pain in my front two teeth. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. Not just this much the clinic was every clean and very calming as well. When i met Dr. Paul in the clinic i was pretty satisfied with the treatment i got from him and he made sure i go out of the clinic with a smile. I would rate this emergency visit as one of the best dental experience of my lifetime. Love Artisan Dentistry Newburyport !

This was my first visit to artisan dentistry in Newportbury, MA for my root canal and tooth capping. They way the whole procedure was handled was amazing. Every thing from the appointments to the checkouts was smooth. Did not have to wait more than 5 mins before i was in the room. Dr Paul Mathews the operating doctor was as good as it could get. I was explained every bit before i was operated and this made sure i was at ease even through the treatment. I would like to rate Dr Paul Mathews as one of the best dentists in Newburyport.

Very impressed with Dr. Mathew and staff. However the environment in the office is very fragranced. Health care offices and staff should be fragrance free. Many people, more and more every day, have chemical sensitivities, chemical allergies, reactive airways, asthma. Fragrances are triggers for reactions. Health care offices should be comfortable and tolerable environments for all patients.
