I was a patient here for several years and was more or less impressed with the quality of services provided, but the nice lady in charge of billing was not able to comprehend or correctly explain the charges and insurance coverage. Nor was their office particularly concerned by our repeated complaints that bills were mailed to us demanding hundreds of dollars more for services that were supposedly paid in full at the office. We would have been less upset if they had bothered to call and explain their repeated mistakes, but instead they just sent unexplained bills. We considered the matter settled when we paid a reduced amount of the extraneous charges, but the problems persisted. We began requesting accurate quotes before each visit so that we would not be surprised by their inability to charge the correct amount the first time around. They had a befuddlingly difficult time doing this, considering that its literally their business, although they always remembered to call every week to remind me to schedule my $100 cleaning (although it may cost $200, they wont know until after its done). In any case, I found Dr. Sorrento to be a kind, congenial, and generally likeable guy, and a competent dentist, but I was truly disgusted with what I suspect were less like repeated oversights and more like deliberately misleading billing practices.

Was is in need of a new dentist after my dentist had retired. He gave me a few referrals but I did my own research and came upon Sorrento Dental. Im happy to report I found a great practice thats friendly, welcoming, and gentle on the gums. The technology they use is phenomenal as well. My previous dentist was using old film X-rays. Dr. Sorrento and his team have digital x-rays, cameras, and other gizmos that show me exactly whats happening inside my mouth. My smile and teeth are everything. With Facebook and social media, more people are seeing my smile than ever before. I highly recommend Dr. Sorrento and his team.
