My experience with Martins Dental Partners is by far the best dental experience I have had! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I was greeted by Jenelle and Jessica and given a tour of the beautiful new space on Cabot Street. After Jenelle took X-rays, Dr. Martins came in with a warm smile and explained everything, then worked with me to develop a treatment plan. Dr. Whitney filled several of my teeth. He, like Dr Martins, was excellent at explaining what he would be doing and why. My dental work was truly painless. The atmosphere is relaxed, caring, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Martins and her dental practice. I would encourage anyone who is looking for caring, professional, painless dental care to consider coming to Martins Dental Partners!

This was my first appointment at Martins Dental Partners today. The office is state of the art. Doesnt make you feel that youre at the dentist. I was promptly greeted and made to feel relaxed and at home. ( difficult because I"m not a big fan of going to the dentist) I felt totally at ease while I listened to Pandora radio on the wireless headphones. I was almost sorry to leave the chair when my cleaning was complete. Dr. Martin and Dr. Whitney are young, and extremely professional. They explained everything that was being done and what they would recommend for my next visit. No pressure! No fear! Made sure I understood each and every step. I will continue to be a patient and happily recommend Martins Dental Partners to my friends and family.

I had my First Appointment yesterday with Martins Dental Partners. I Can say enough about how amazing and relaxing the atmosphere is, along with all of their friendly staff. I went in there knowing that I would need more work than I would like to admit. I chatted with Dr. Martins and met Dr. Whitney who will be doing most of my work. All the Staff there is super friendly and thorough. Even my first call to book the appointment after my request on online was welcoming. I have never been a big fan of the dentist due to prior bad experiences. I am so glad that I found Martins Dental Practice and decided to make the call. I will now be sending my Husband as well as recommending my family and friends! Thanks again to the whole team!

My tooth has been fractured and it was very painful. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Martins and I cannot be more grateful. The surgery and recovery were completely pain-free. She uses special techniques so that even administering the novacaine was painless. The post-op discomfort was mild and totally tolerable, much less than I expected. The next step was implant and the results are phenomenal: the problem was completely solved. Her staff are friendly, skilled, and helpful professionals. You really couldnt ask to be with better people throughout the entire process: consultation, surgery and follow-up. The skills and technique of Dr. Martins are amazing.

Coming from a place of dread in regard to the chair I have to say this was the best dental experience of my life. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome i.e. offered a drink..given a tour of this beautiful brand new facility etc. Drs. Martins and Whitney were comprehensive in their care of me. Each possess the nth degree of knowledge, compassion, kindness and patience. You can listen to music or watch TV while they do their thing. Blissful distraction + no discomfort = Ill be back to see you. Many thanks also to Janelle and Jessica. Fabulous cohesive team. Im glad I gave them a try. Do it!!

I would highly recommend Martins Dental Partners. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed and can tell that this team is special. Dr. Martins was very thorough and showed me everything on the screen in front of me from XRays to pictures as I sat comfortably in the chair in the beautiful modern room. She explained everything she was doing step by step which I have never had done at previous offices. Very impressed. The beverages and Netflix are a nice little extra also to help take your mind off of the work being done and allow you to enjoy the experience.

From the second I walked in the door, everyone was kind and welcoming. The dentist I saw, Dr. Whitney, was very understanding about the fact that I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years for various reasons and was not the least bit judgmental. The cleaning was gentle but thorough, and they let you listen to music or watch Netflix while theyre doing the cleaning so that you can kind of distract yourself from the whole thing. We discussed the treatment plan at the very end, so I wasnt lying there awkwardly with tools in my mouth just nodding along.

My experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The space is beautiful and the equipment is state of the art. Jess, Janelle and Dr Martins were all lovely , personable and knowledgeable. Dr Martins was very thorough explaining the plan of care in three stages. I received a hand written note in the mail today from Dr. Martin, welcoming me to the practice. It is genuine personal touches like these that go a long way. Martins Dental is a small practice that is new to Beverly, where you will be treated with neighborly care and respect. Their equipment is brand new, and dentists explain what theyre doing at each step for maximum comfort and transparency. I particularly enjoy that you can watch Netflix while your teeth are worked on, saving both patient and practitioner the awkward attempt at conversation mid-cleaning. I am glad to be a patient here, as is my wife and one of her close friends - check it out!

The best of modern and traditional dentistry: Listen to Pandora on private headphones while opening wide to the latest and smartest drills and gizmos, wielded by young practitioners with an old-school personal touch and sense of caring. Dr. Whitney is calmly reassuring and expert, Janelle is kind and thorough, and the front desk staff is welcoming and patient. I daresay they make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.

Had my first visit today at Dr.Martins office. Went in for an Invisalign consult and the entire staff was very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with how high-tech the office is and Dr. Whitney is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain the process and made me feel comfortable in addition he has a great personality. I would recommend Dr.Whitney to everyone. He is the best dentist I have ever had.

It had been more than ten years since I saw a dentist. I am now a dentist or dental convert. Dr. Valerie Martins made me feel so comfortable that I didnt experience any of my usual fears. I now plan on seeing the dentist (Martins Dental Partners) regularly as part of my health care regime. I cant wait until someone asks me, "Do you know a good dentist?" For the first time, I can answer, "Yes, as a matter of fact, I do."
