Called today for a new patient appointment and the person who answered the phone was put off by my asking for cash prices estimates for patients with no dental insurance coverage. Then stated that she was currently busy with a patient and asked if I could call back after 1pm... after this first impression there is no need for me to call back. I would like to give my business to an office that is more friendly. Maybe Dr. Peterson needs someone else answering his phones?

I have been seeing Dr. Peterson for many years now for dental care. He was able to straighten out work that was done incorrectly by another dentist and save a couple of teeth that might have otherwise been lost. Hes meticulous in his work, cares genuinely for his patients, and Ive had terrific experiences with all of his staff, whether front desk, hygienists, or dental assistants. Highly recommend Dr. Peterson and his practice!

Great friendly accommodating staff. Not that anyone loves going to the DDS, I do find Dr. Peterson and his daughter to be highly skilled dentists. I would highly recommend them. Ive been a patient for 15 years.
