Back in June 2014, I was informed by my Cardiologist that I would soon require open heart surgery to replace my Aortic Valve and a section of my Aorta. Before I had surgery, I had to have all my dental work done as to not allow bacteria an easy access to the bloodstream through cavities to damage my new replacement parts. I had not been to a dentist in over five years. I went to Dr. Dano for a cleaning and check up. Through this check up, she discovered that I had a few cavities, needed an old filling replaced and another tooth required an inlay in replace of another, larger filling. So, Dr. Dano took on the task of cramming in five years of dental neglect in just over a month time. She also replaced a tooth lost in a Mountain Biking accident the previous year. Everytime I went to her office, I felt welcomed like I was an old friend, not by just her, but her staff as well. And very seldom did I ever feel any pain or felt uncomfortable with the procedures I had taken care of. She even stayed past her regular scheduled office hours one day so she could fit me in with my work schedule. As weird as it may sound, I actually enjoyed going to Dentist! Dr. Dano has proved that she is very professional, thorough, comforting and all around caring dentist. She knows her stuff! And I would highly recommend her ( and I have ) to anyone. Especially those who have a fear of the dentist!

I have had 6 dentists in my life (not including military) in New Jersey, Ohio, and here in Massachusetts. Dr. Dano is in a class by herself. The best I have had by a long shot. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a great communicator. The last dentist (Tufts grad) was recommended to me and I was with him for 7 yrs. I was suspicious because I thought he was doing unnecessary work. In the meantime, my wife found Dr. Dano. I stayed with my guy out of loyalty. Then he wanted to do a crown and other work on my tooth. So I finally went to Dr. Dano and had her look at the same tooth. I never told her about the other dentists recommendation. She nonchalantly said I needed a filling. She never said it would be a borderline job. She just filled the tooth and that was the end of it. That was over 2 years ago. Tooth still fine. The other guy was selling me a new transmission when all I needed was an oil change. I saved a couple of thousand dollars and, more importantly, my tooth. Bravo Dr. Dano--the best.

One star cause I cant post otherwise, Beware, I went to this place because I read the good reviews. After, my experience made me realize that they are all fake reviews. Horrible experience. Dano will lie and tell you you need work done when you dont. I paid thousands of dollars in extra work that I did not need. My current cosmetic dentist confirmed that for me. I called over dozen times and I was forced to go there in person. When I confronted her, she was making up excuses for it. But the fault is all mine, I should have known when I walked in into this unprofessional office. I am not sure how these kind of people can act like robbers in a town like Hamilton. I suggest double-check with a better, more professional dental office. There are quite a few good ones in our lovely North Shore. If you must go here, then remember this. This place is run by a professional thief. Those are the same words I told her.

A dentist visit isnt anything anyone looks forward to. I have had my share of unpleasant visits in the past and still suffering the consequences of neglectful work. Ive been lucky enough to find Dr Dano in time, she possesses an amazing skill. Shes precise, thorough, informative, up to date with the latest practices and techniques, but above all kind and compassionate. I dont need to fret any longer thinking about my future dentist appointments because I know Im in the "best of hands".

I highly recommend Dr. Danos practice. I had not had dental care in over a decade, and needed a broken tooth crowned, and several fillings repaired. As a life science tools inventor, I appreciated Armidas technical competence and willingness to discuss details of treatment. Likewise with Dr. Kano, the associate Endodontist. The staff are pleasant and friendly and treatment has been pain free and very competent. I recommend the practice without reservation.

She pays attention to every little detail, and ensures that you are very comfortable at all times. I actually look forward to my visits with her, if that is at all possible! But Dr Dano is truly unique, as she is a great people person and very professional at the same time.

I love Dano Dental! Going to the dentist is no ones favorite experience, but I always feel welcomed, that I am getting the best care possible and I always know what I can improve upon with my teeth. The Dr. and her assistant know me so well, always ask about my family, work etc and they go way above and beyond. I now commute from Boston up to Hamilton just to keep my dentist because the relationship is that important to me.

Dr. Dano has been my dentist ever since she opened in Hamilton and I highly recommend her services. She and her staff are extremely friendly and effective, and in my time as her patient Ive gone from someone with a genuine phobia of going to the dentist to someone who can at least tolerate it.
