This was my first visit to this office. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist. Her smile made me start to feel comfortable. Nancy, The Dental Hygienist, was excellent. I was nervous and I think she sensed it. Nancy was reassuring, kind, and very informative about how to best keep my teeth healthy. Dr. Merabi was very informative about his "plan of attack". There was time for questions. Everything was always explained to me. I was never rushed. Dr Merabi always assured that he would go at my own pace. I do not like going to the dentist. However, today I felt very comfortable.

To give an indication of how much I enjoy the services of Portside Family Dental, I drive from Boston (over 40 miles) to see Dr. Merabi and his staff. They are wonderful. Each patient is greeted warmly upon arrival. The waiting area is clean and inviting. Ive had my most gentle and thorough cleanings here compared to dentists Ive used in the past. So friendly here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming.....which I feel is hard to find lately! Clean and professional and they were very good with me.....and honest. They explained to me exactly what I needed and broke it down for me......and my cleaning was very thorough....i felt great......i highly recommend this office....even if its a little far from you....its worth the distance!
