Dr. Katzman and his assistant were very professional and friendly which put me at ease. I was told what to expect and the reasons for each step, which I very much appreciated. (I like to know what is happening.) The local anesthesia worked very well at both visits such that there was no pain and the crown looks and feels great. Im happy with the outcome.
