Hands-down, Dr. Audrey is the best veterinarian I have ever met. Her knowledge of dog health AND behavior issues is unsurpassed. After visiting 2 other vets, being told my dog was "fine, shes just a puppy", but me knowing something wasnt right, I made an appointment at Freemont Animal Hospital. Dr. Audrey took one look at Ripley and said "she needs help." Dr. Audrey listens. She asks questions. She tells you what she thinks and why. She recommends, but ultimately lets you decide. She is committed to ensuring your pet has the highest quality of life possible. Freemont Animal Hospital is over an hour away from my house, but I would drive 10 hours for Dr. Audreys expertise. Thank you Dr. Audrey!!

My experience was heartbreaking. I picked up my dog from this facility. She was totally dehydrated, had lost so much weight her bones were visible. Dr. Was concerned about selling me meds (which I already had). When I called to get my dogs records of treatment during her stay there, I was told it could take up to ten days to get them. I didnt get the records transferred to my vet for days in spite of the fact I told them my dog appeared to be dying. My sweet Ruby never recovered from her visit with this facility. She had to be euthanized a week later. I could never bring an animal to this place and I suffer from guilt everyday knowing what happened to her.

The review changes with each visit. They are are expensive and seem to charge for every little thing. If I bring in my dogs at the same time, I get charged for each dog separately as "visit". Review your next bill... far too many changes that Ive not had with other vets. It is cheaper for me to have all of the horses (5) seen by Deerfield Vet at our barn, which is a one time $30 visit fee instead of fee for each horse. Seriously thinking of switching. Care is okay for the most part, and close by, but pricey compared to what others charge for the same services. Convenience is the only thing stopping me from switching.

I brought my dog to Fremont animal hospital and I was impressed by the warm welcome from all the staff and doctors! During the appointment, Dr.Audrey and staff took the time to go over all options and explain to me what my pup needed to maintain his health. I was impressed with how thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate they were with all of the animals. Prices were extremely reasonable and affordable for the high level of care that is provided! I would recommend taking your pet to this hospital and I cant imaging bringing mine anywhere else!

Ive never been impressed with their bedside manner when discussing our pets, but it wasnt enough to stop going to see them since they are local. I called to have records transferred to another vet and was surprised (and somewhat annoyed) to learn that there is a $10 per pet charge to transfer records, even just latest lab work. If thats not bad enough there is a 10-14 day waiting period for this happen. Im done going there, too many other, better options available. Dont see the value in Fremont.

I will never step foot in that office again. Misdiagnosed my dog, ignored his symptoms and only wanted to talk about how much it would cost to have his teeth cleaned. A few months later his body was so deteriorated from cancer, he had to be euthanized. I didnt even take him back to them to do it. I found another, more compassionate and attentive veterinarian.

Dr. Audrey and her team are outstanding! Audrey is so patient, kind and caring. It is obvious that she cares about each and every one of her families. Nicole is an incredible tech who also cares for each and every animal that she tends to. We know our pets are in good hands when theyre taken care of by Dr. Audrey and Nicole!
