I brought my 8 week old kitten for his first apptointment. The staff was tremendous, friendly and helpful. The exam was thorough and the doctor knowledgeable. The assistant explained in detail all facets of the pet wellness program. They were gentle with the kitten and he was comfortable there. Thank you Banfield.

Would not recommend Banfield. When I brought my dog there for the first time, it was like being at a car dealership. All they were interested in is selling me things. Also they were very unhelpful when I needed a same day appt. Had to go to ER and spend over 300$.
