Over the past 2 years I have had an excellent experience with this vet clinic. My aging Pekingese dog was very stressed from a move across the country in mid-2011 and Dr. Sarah Lentini and the entire clinic staff (office staff and vet techs) did a FANTASTIC job of handling and assessing my dogs current state of health as well as providing encouragement and guidance for me in dealing with how to get him more stabilized in a new environment. He is at least 15 years old now, maybe 16, and he has several health issues (he was a rescue so were not sure of the age). Their hours are well extended for all sorts of work schedules. When tests have been done, I always receive informative and helpful followup calls. They provide access to an online pharmacy which is very helpful since this both reduces costs of medication as well as provides convenience since Im a fulltime Grandma and cant do lots of errands with a 2 year old child. I think the prices at this clinic are VERY reasonable based on my experience with several other pets that I have treated over several years for all sorts of issues in other places Ive lived. I especially appreciate how the Willard Vet doctors interpret the clinical importance of treatment/non-treatment outcomes for me as a layman. Its worth it to me to have the assurance that Im helping my faithful companion to get the best medical care available.

DISGUSTED that it was $34 for my dog to get her nails clipped! Prior visit was $15 and its $10 at PetCo. Thats an outrageous difference! Thankfully, the lesson didnt cost more... When I scheduled the time to come in with Bob (not sure what he does, but it shouldnt be customer service), I assumed the price would be the same as a few weeks prior. I was there for about 10 minutes and only when finished did they inform about an additional $19 for the tech to perform the service. Really?! I questioned the amount and Bob stood behind it and said thats what I owed. So, I paid it and said I dont think Ill ever be back. That didnt seem to be a concern as they didnt take any responsibility for not disclosing the hidden costs in advance. I was SHOCKED and cant believe THEY CHARGE MORE THAN 3 TIMES MORE THAN PETCO OR PETSMART. After seeing the good reviews and convenient location, I thought it was the right choice. In fact, I recommended it to a friend that just got their puppy. However, I feel differently about them now and will warn others. They seem to have a nice practice, but I recommend you BEWARE of the pricing before you go.

Willard Veterinary Clinic is the best veterinary clinic Ive ever taken any of my pets to. My most recent experience was on Sat. Nov. 21st, 2015. My pet Tomi is a rescue cat and has a variety of special needs as a result of living on the streets for the first 5 years of his life. Because Tomis dr. visits need to be scheduled around me being able to get him in the pet taxi, WVC was very accommodating and extremely flexible when it came to a last minute visit. From the moment we arrived, Tomi was taken into the exam room and quickly assessed and treated . Our entire experience from making an appointment via phone to picking-up Tomi after treatment was a stress-free and pleasure experience. All the staff members were very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I would also like to add that this clinic is immaculate . Once the test results were in, the Dr. Meg Connelly personally called me to go over the results and followed-up via email once all of the lab results were in. I highly recommend Willard Veterinary Clinic! Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

I have been taking my Weimaraner Ella to Willard Vet for 9 years and I would not take her any place else! Everything about the clinic is excellent. It is clean and inviting, and youre always greeted warmly when you enter. All of the techs are friendly, kind, and clearly animal lovers. They always do what they can to welcome Ella and calm her if shes nervous. The exams are thorough and the techs and the doctors take their time with you and your pet to discuss everything and answer any questions. You never feel like theyre rushing through you to get on to the next appointment like some of the other assembly line-like places. Dr. McVicker is an excellent vet - knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and just overall amazing - I cant say enough about how much Ella and I appreciate all that she, Dr. Connolly, and the wonderful team at Willard Vet has done for us.

Yes, thats my computer screen, and thats Tillie Sue, making sure I take the time to write a review and thank Willard for looking out for her well being! The staff at Willard genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Connolly is my primary vet, although I should point out that each of the doctors who I have seen have been thorough and compassionate...and wonderful to work with. Dr. Connolly takes the time to listen, provide research, materials, she thinks out side of the box, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the best for her clients: which includes both me and my pet. On a side note, even the office is testimony to her attention to detail, carefully designed for practical purposes, and comfort as well as whimsy, with paw prints even stamped in the ceiling tiles! Tillie Sue gives Willard a big Paws Up!

Ive been taking my lab/golden cross puppy to Willard from the time he was 10 weeks old. Ireland is in a service dog training program and it is very important that he be comfortable in all environments. The entire Willard staff has welcomed him and assisted in his socialization - he absolutely loves going to the vet! His medical care (Dr. McVicker is his primary vet) has been outstanding and it is clear that Willard has a genuine interest in Irelands well-being. When Ireland is placed with his permanent "owner" and begins his life of service, I will definitely bring my next puppy-in-training to Willard.

Eileen Leonard Ive been taking our pets to Willard Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. The veterinarians are wonderful and compassionate. Ive never had a bad experience. When one of our animals became seriously ill, Willard suggested I take her to Angell Animal Hospital in Boston, MA. There was always open communication between Willard and Angell and if I had a question Willard was right there to help me during a very trying period. That to me made all the difference in the world. I would definitely recommend Willard to all my fellow animal lovers.

We where looking for a local Vet and our friend suggested Willard Vet Clinic about a mile from our home. I found the staff helpful, competent and friendly. Our dog is a 2yo rescue. I emailed his paperwork beforehand and they had his file ready for Dr. Lentini. She reviewed his history, gave him a thorough exam, updated his shots, gave us some advise and got us back on the road with heartworm and flee medication in hand. The office is modern, organized and clean. The fee seemed reasonable and was what I expected. I would recommend Willard to others.
