I have had nothing but the very best of care by every veterinarian, technician, and staff member at Biddeford Animal Hospital. My first dog, a Wheaton Terrier, received loving, experienced treatment from her first visit until her padding from cancer. During her struggle with her disease, then after, the support we received from our particular vet, Dr. Bliss, and everyone there, helped us through a very difficult time. Now with our new puppy, they have again proven to be the best choice in the area. If I were to move, I would drive quite a distance to retain their services. My trust in BAH to give my darlings the best treatments and preventative care available is strong. If you have a new puppy, I strongly recommend asking about their monthly payment care program. You can save so much! I cannot give a stronger, more positive review for this wonderful center. I have always felt that they have made my pets lives better, and I have always been personally treated like a member of their family - not just a walking wallet (I have had that from other vet centers in Maine... shudder!) If live in the Biddeford, Saco, or OOB area, this is the place for your beloved pet(s).

I cant say enough good things about all of the staff at Biddeford Animal Hospital!!! I have been with them for the past 6 years and take my two Chihuahuas and my kitty there. I had to have one of my kittys eyes removed, it was a terrifing decision to make, but they were so kind and helpful, that it put me at ease...at least as much as possible! LOL! He came out of it fantastic! They did an amazing job, he is a much happier cat now! I am very grateful for their professionalism and caring. The facility is always neat and clean. They are always willing to pick up any accidents that happen. They act as though my pets are the only ones theyve seen all day and are so friendly towards me too! :) I just love these people! A top-notch facility that has been caring for my pets for a decade. All of the staff, from physicians to technicians to reception, are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I will also note that they have been my primary care for two challenging cats - one prone to aggression in stressful situations, the other prone to panic - and they have never once expressed any negativity or impatience when treating them (in contrast to a few other vets Ive encountered). In fact, the staff at Biddeford Animal Hospital have always worked to come up with thoughtful plans for making the exam experience positive and productive for me and my cats, and they also factor those pet-personality variables into their treatment recommendations. I feel very fortunate that this is my local veterinary hospital. Special shout-out to Dr. Roberts.

Having moved to this area three years ago one of the first things I did was look for a veterinarian to care for my fur baby. I was thrilled to find Biddeford Animal Hospital! Dr. Roberts is my primary veterinarian and she is amazing! The receptionists and veterinary technicians are always very considerate and caring, you can tell they truly love the work they are doing. Before moving to Maine, I worked as a veterinary office manager for 10 years so I know how and what it takes to run and operate a quality veterinary practice, Biddeford Animal Hospital is definitely a high quality, caring practice. I have no qualms about giving them a 5 Star rating and referring friends and acquaintances there on a regular basis!

EDIT: Looks like they had the wrong email but were super prompt in their response (both to this review & the follow up phone call to determine the correct email). 5 stars it is!! This is a 4.5 rating! The staff at the Biddeford Animal Hospital are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Theyre very gentle with my pets and lovely to chat with. I enjoy my visit every time I go. The only reason why this isnt a 5 star is because I was told Id be contacted within a short period of time regarding an anomaly with my pet (not dangerous at all, just an odd, unique attribute) and its been awhile. Other than that, theyre incredible!!

Biddeford Animal Hospital was our first ever vet visit with our new puppy Ella! We were a bit apprehensive when researching vet hospitals and nervous wanting to find the best fit for us. Biddeford Animal Hospial is amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and at ease. The doctors and staff were so friendly. Ella was truly a joy to them and you could clearly see they all have a passion for what they do! Their online system is convenient and easy to use. Their appointment reminders are fantastic. Overall a wonderful experience! I highly recommend BAH.

My over-20 year old cats health began to fail rapidly just weeks after I moved to Maine, and the Biddeford Animal Hospital helped me through her last days with such thoroughness and compassion, Ill always be grateful to them. Since then, Ive gotten three new cats, and they always receive top-quality care at Biddeford - plus, I never have an issue getting an appointment when I need one. And even my most shy kitties come out of their shells with the care staff. This really is best pet care experience Ive had in 30 years of being the primary caretaker of pets.

My dog Gizmo went to Biddeford Animal Hospital to be neutered and have a hernia repaired. I found the staff, from the receptionist to the doctor to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient with all my questions and never rushed me out the door. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their capable hands and will recommend them to anyone. Even when I take my dog for a checkup they are very pleasant to deal with. I dont give many 5 stars but Biddeford Animal Hospital earned it. They understand the meaning of customer service!

My experience at Biddeford Animal Hospital has been amazing I got my puppy Daisy a little over a year ago now and I started going to Biddeford Animal Hospital right away that is the only place I have taken her and the only place I would ever go they have always been amazing with her and its not just about the money to them they sincerely tell you what they think is the best interest for your pet I got all her shots there and also got her spayed there which I was very nervous about but they were amazing I would recommend them to anyone

I really like the people and service at Biddeford Animal Hospital. All of the staff are friendly and the vet that cares for our pet is very good. She is down to Earth and reasonable. Everyone is very friendly and weve always had a good experience in every aspect. Theyre really good about getting us in and scheduling is easy. I am satisfied with the service. I especially like the vet we see and I dont think the prices are bad either. Weve only been going there for about six months but it feels like weve been going there forever.

My dog loves visiting all her friends at Biddeford Animal Hospital. They are always kind and helpful to both of us. They all understand what it is like to be a fur-parent, and dont treat us like were crazy. They go out of their way to be helpful, and some of the girls at the desk...know me by name. Sandra is always helpful and makes me feel like we old friends. Im glad theyre close by and have some hours that are convenient for me to be able to get there without having to take time off from work. :)
