Words cant even start to show my frustration for this clinic. Schedule appt. Speak with staff about price and verify that its a set fee for the shot to be given. Have dog brought in by a friend due to work restrictions. Bought tick and flea prevention meds, so was aware that it would in fact be more then 25.00. Get the bill now its 307!!. Call and ask for refund for services not discussed by me and given the run around to the point of having to threaten with calling the credit card company to argue it out. When specific services are talked about and then additional services are given with consent or miscommuncation...these services should be refunded with out hesistation. Its fortifies lack of trust..Be sure to get everything extremely clear and be consice in what you need here. Its a huge hassle and arguement otherwise. After arguing and several phone calls back and forth. Money was in fact refunded and I was made to be the bad guy. Pet owners beware.

Since moving to the Biddeford area a short time ago, Ive been lucky enough to find a wonderful veterinary facility....Saco Veterinary Clinic. My cat Cricket is 14 years old and is starting to have common health issues associated with cats her age. Dr. Giroux and Dr. Jordan have been most helpful, kind and caring to her. Theyve taken the time to go over results and offer options to her treatment. The techs have treated me and my cat with respect and offered encouraging words and advice. The office staff is friendly and professional, often getting me in within a couple hours of my call for help. My wife and I have 2 cats and I feel totally comfortable having Saco Vet Clinic take care of them.

I am happy with the doctors and assistants but truly, the older woman at the front desk shows complete lack of ability to communicate; not able to even pose as a professional. Judging me for not having injections administered that cause seizures to my pets, criticizing my use of wholistic practices, along with loud unprofessional criticism in the presences of other clients. I have used this facility for years and every time I go in, I am filled with yet another story of how this person shows disrespect and SO oversteps her boundaries. Hope you all have a better experience.

We moved from North Carolina to Saco in late December and were fortunate to have found Saco Veterinary Clinic for the care of our beautiful black cocker spaniel. We took her there because suddenly she wasnt able to go up the stairs and we also needed help with her allergy. The vet who saw us was very good and told us the dos and donts. Our lovely Lady Belle is doing much better and I will be taking her back there to get her immunization injections updated and look forward to having them as our vet here in Saco. Sincerely, Nancy

The whole staff is caring and willing to assist you All three doctors are outstanding and explain everything throughly to you We have always had a veterinarian where ever weve lived but we think this is by far the best practice we have been to We would definitely recommend them to care for your pet whether sick or well Your pet will get the best care ever

I am a new customer and I have 2 senior dogs; one is 15 and the other is 16. This facility is super clean, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. My dogs saw Dr. Giroux and he was wonderful with my Corgi and Beagle. Highly recommend to anyone that lives in York County/southern Maine. Truly they love what they do and my pets let there with doggy smiles :)

Very pleased with the care that my cat, Oliver received. I had to come in without an appointment because I wasnt sure how to give my cat insulin, and they took to time to help me and show me how to do it again. Oliver now has a new Vet for life! Thanks to Dr Jordan and the staff for being so helpful and kind to my boy!

We have two adorable dogs! One has diabetes. The other dog is struggling with a liver problem. The doctors and the staff there are so helpful and gentle with our dogs. They always call you back the same day if you have a question. We are new customers and truly love them!

This is a great place to go for veterinary care; I especially like Dr. Pierre Giroux, DMV. He takes the time to answer any questions that you may have and seems to truly care about his patients. The staff are very friendly, and prices are fair.
