I cannot say enough about how much I love Dr. Thorne and the rest of the staff at Vets of Westwood! Dr. Thorne has been my familys vet for years (weve followed her from previous practices until she opened her own). She and everyone else at the clinic have always been wonderful with our pets and whenever weve had the unfortunate luck to have bad news. Our cats love her. One purrs through the whole exam, he so comfortable with her! When I was moving out of state, Dr. Thorne answered all of my questions about the impact on my cats for well over 40 minutes. She was so patient with me! She even told me if questions came up before I found a new vet, I should give her a call. It was sad for me to not have her as my little ones vet anymore.

First, Dr Thorne, Lisa and Megan are all such caring, professional, thorough, organized amazing women. We rest easy knowing our family dog is under such wonderfully capable and intelligent hands. Next, the facility. Wow. So well executed. From comfortable cushioned benches in the wait area to spacious examination rooms to a state of the art x-ray machine that moves instead of the staff having to move your pet! Lab work on site, clean and state of the art operating area. I am not related to nor did I know any of the staff here - my review is completely unsolicited and honest. These people think of everything and REALLY care about their animals.

Dr. Thorne, Lisa and Megan are amazing. My dog has Addisons disease and is rather high maintenance and a frequent flyer at the Vet. I followed Dr. Thorne and her staff from her old office because I have been thrilled with the comprehensive and loving care my dog receives. The new and beautiful office is a huge bonus with its high tech features (computerized record keeping, in house blood lab, xray), but I would have followed the practice anyway. Im confident my dog is getting the best care possible.

My puppy was a patient here and I really liked them until my puppy had a problem. Dr throne never returned my call after I received bad news. I called again the next day and she had her assistant call me. I new then she couldnt be bothered. Also it is extremely pricey. I highly recommend getting prices from surrounding vets before joing this practice.
