Both the MD and PA that I saw were professional and trustworthy but everything else dealing with this office has been terrible. There are always many women at the desk but noone seems to be doing anything but hanging out. They have never been helpful. Rude desk staff, bad patient service, not professional at all. They always have a person stand in the room watching creepily while I have to undress. No-one should be in the room with me and the doctor. When I have had to call to ask for a prescription refill I am put on hold for long periods of time so I have to hang up and try later. Will be looking for a new Dermatologist office.

Very bad experience here, left in tears and of course can only reach a call center to follow up about my visit. They gave me inaccurate information when sceduling in the first place or I never would have gone there. They scheduled an appointment with a doctor who doesnt even do the procedure I needed, and collected my money for a 2 minute second opinion I did not ask for! Very frustrating experience, I do not recommend this company!

I called yesterday to book an appointment and they said they have a spot open tomorrow (today) so I took it. I show up for my appointment and there was nothing booked for today and couldnt be seen. They were having system issues. Instead of providing good customer service and fitting me into the schedule, they sent me home. There was no consideration for my time. Horrible experience!

I love the Londonderry office .... but thats not who you have to deal with when making appts and getting refills. There is a serious lack of communication and customer service at the call center. Whatever you do, dont try to re-schedule an appt .... cause the lady on the other end of the phone will give you a lecture. Definitely not professional!

I was charged over $200 for no reason that I can understand. My initial visit was $87 to see the doctor - yet I only saw the NP. Then less than 10 days later I get whacked for the $200 charge without explanation or warning. In addition, the number on the website, and in G+ do not work (one was disconnected).

The staff were quick and attentive to my scheduling needs. They were also able to recommend a facility that would suit my hours of availability for lab work needed after my visit. Upon departure a prescription was already filled for me. I received quick and courteous service I would recommend to anyone.

SO frustrating!! Londonderry office is open only a few days a week, which is fine, but the telephone tree is unbelievable, with only rare options to simply leave a message. Requests for refills have taken me WEEKS to get!
