I had an AWFUL experience here! Sandra, the office manager, or whatever she was Rude, Disrespectful and unprofessional. She said she called and left a message on my cell phone when she DID NOT call as iphone clearly shows who called and who didnt and she did NOT. First they were going to order my glasses frames. I went in, measured, ordered, we thought that was it at the end of the year 2015 to order my glasses on our insurance. Time passed, no glasses. We called and were told that during the busy end of the Season rush they must have not put the order in. So here I sit with no glasses. I had to go back in to measure again with no apology for their mistake and my inconvenience. I stayed with them as the doctor was nice, I thought. Well, now to the beginning of 2017, Im down to 3 weeks of daily wear contacts, I order more and Sandra, called saying the doctor okayed them and they were ordered. Two weeks pass, I call again and Sandra, (the same person who messed up the glasses order before) says she called and said the doctor okayed the order. and she left a message, which she DID NOT as I clearly have no message on my iphone. She has a bad attitude and went round and round with me rather than just order them and didnt even seem to CARE that I was out of contacts now, thanks to ANOTHER botched ordering job on HER part! She refused to take responsibility at all and rather chose to argue with me and make ME the BAD GUY!? How did this happen?! I ordered glasses, she dropped the ball and I SUFFERED WITHOUT THE GLASSES. Then I order Contacts and she drops the ball again and turns it around on ME!!! How did we get here?! What happened to the Customer is always right?! Where did simple human compassion for the patient go as Im the one without glasses before and now without contacts BOTH thanks to THEIR Hills Vision Studios employee, Sharons, incompetence?! Then the real kicker is the Doctor gets on and says she HEARD the conversation with Sharon! And took up for Sharon against the Patient!!! Yes, she may have heard ONE conversation but there were TWO in the second one is where the contacts were ordered! In the end, Im getting my file and getting the heck out of that crazy place where the staff turned on ME the Patient when they were in the WRONG both Times!!! I have NEVER had to deal with such a HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INCOMPETENT people before! I would give ZERO stars to this nightmare place as that is what they deserve!!!! Simply AWFUL Experience!!!!!

Very professional and courteous . I have had great experience and they have great brand names selections for female and children frames, howevver they could use more selections for male sun glasses but other than that I would recommend them to everyone. Dr. Shadpoor is an excellent optomitrest.

rather limited selection... plus the staff kept asking me for my eye glass prescription and vision insurance plan when all i wanted to was to browse... didnt care for their attitude at all... so, i turned around and left the store... i will just buy my eye glasses online!

my family and I are long time patients of this practice and have always had excellent customer service and follow up..i would highly recommend. New glasses are received quickly and issues with prescription adjustment are dealt with promptly.

Absolutely horrendous post exam customer service. Terrible attitude and unwilling to provide an explanation of a patients prescription. Do not use this practice.
