I went there on 9/29/15 and had the usual optical exam with Dr. William S. Schmidt, O.D. He seemed to be very thorough except when I received my glasses 2 or 3 wks. later and the lady did the necessary adjustments that every office does. In front of a "so-called" professional reaching across your face to readjust 5 or 6 times I didnt think there was anything left to do but bring BOTH new pair of my glasses home to wear. The left lens on BOTH pair of glasses were obscure and non-readable nor focused to even watch TV. Ive called several times to make an appt. to see the dr. and all I was told that I need to wear the glasses for 2 wks. (which I could not) and wore my old ones instead. Secondly, I had to call several more times to TRY and make an appointment when the dr. is there in case it wasnt an adjustment problem. You cannot do that with this office. If the adjustment isnt the problem you have to schedule another appt. to see Dr. Schmidt. Ill NEVER go there again.

Very unhappy that I was charged $120 for an eye exam when it should of been 55$ covered by AARP, and they forgot to include my 20% discount for my contact lenses. What makes it worse that this place participates in AARP vision planWhen I went up there to get my money back and act like they have no idea what the vision plan is. I got the run around, and was told by the front desk she did not know how to return money on the cash registers and only the manager and I have to come back next week when she is their. I am pissed off that I was overchrged by at least $100 also felt something was wrong when I told then I was paying by check that they wanted a separate check for the doctor. I will not be going back ever to the eye glass provider ever they have lost a customer.
