Forgive the anonymous name- I dont like to publicly announce even a name on the internet with phishing scams on the rise. This office has been wonderful in every way. I have very sensitive eyes, and the highly recommended Dailys were drying my eyes out very quickly. I cannot wear normal lenses as they feel like something is in my eye and are very irritating. I was recommended the Dailys Aquacomfort Plus, and it fit very well. I, of course, was offered glasses and a new frame upon leaving, but decided to come back on a better day when my eyes werent dilated. The offices are all clean, waiting area extremely comfortable, and staff are constantly making sure you are waited on. Before and during any procedure, I was explained to the nature of the procedure and drops, and before administering any or proceeding was asked if I would like to/was it a good time to do so and so. I was also offered an alternative to the dilating drops that may be more convenient, which I appreciated, but turned down only because I dont mind the regular old fashioned dilation. I came fully prepared for the procedure but still appreciated being asked. I was seen quickly but given enough time to feel comfortable enough to be able to ask questions and all questions I had were answered. From a medical aspect, this office is top notch, and I am very satisfied with my appointment. The only thing I am hesitant about in this review is the way many people would review medical offices as if they were retail, just know this is not my intent, and be aware that the staff in the office are really trying hard to provide exceptional customer service. Please be nice, people, with how hard theyre trying; I can see theyve had complaints that may not have supposed to mean anything but caused additional stress. My recommendation for this office? Five Stars for more than just effort.

Worst eye doctor experience I ever had. The doctor complained that it was hard to figure out the prescription because I didnt have my old glasses. She also was snotty that I hadnt had an exam for awhile because I couldnt afford it. They dialated my eyes before giving me a chance to look at glasses, so I could hardly see my options. My glasses prescription was so off that I brought them back twice. The second time they told me they couldnt do anything about it without charging me more. I will never ever go there again.

The Amherst office has brilliant, caring doctors and helpful staff. Doctors take the time they need to get the right prescription for each patient -- no matter how long it takes. They keep up with current technologies and love their work. I have been impressed with Dr. Spence, especially. She really gets how important my eyes are to me. Pay no attention to "trolls" who cyber bully. This is great place for people who understand that our eyes are indeed the windows to our souls.

I have early dry macular degeneration, which isnt curable right now. They told me that there are new DNA tests that can match up the type to the right kind of vitamins to keep it from progressing, but didnt give me any information about the cost of the tests. It turned out to cost $5000, and then never even got back to me with results! Ive gone to Dr. Wadman for 20 years, but never again.

Dr. Morin is an excellent doctor. I would recommend her to anyone looking for eye care. The optical department is also very good and takes the time to help you select the right frame and options for your glasses.

I have been a patient in this office for some years now. Staff is friendly, welcoming and attentive to your needs. The waiting area is comfortable and also gives you some privacy.

Terrible service. The staff is rude. The office is always at least 45 minutes behind schedule. Actual face time with the optometrist is approximately 5 minutes.
