My exam was a good experience. However, 3 months after my exam I received a statement from a different business name and address. I figured out that it was the practice DBA Lens Crafters, but that was not clear on the statement. The bill states that my insurance would not cover the visit, however when I called my provider, they said a claim was never made. My provider contacted the office and completed the claim and paid for the services. However, a month later I received the same statement. I confirmed with my provider that they paid for the eye exam, but "Cynthia Han & Associates" is saying they do not have a record of the payment. So its been 4 months since my service and I have not been able to resolve this bill which I should have never received. My provider thinks they billed the services twice, and cautioned that they also did not use the correct service code and description for my exam. If you are using insurance to cover your exam I do not recommend going here since their back office is a mess.

Ooohhh freaking liars, telling me my insurance worked but didnt even checked it and now i have to pay the whole thing and offers or percentage off glasses is crap cause ended up charged the same regular price, annnnnddd the job on the glasses were terribly done and on a slow day with hardly any customers!! So i had to go back on a busy time and had them redone and came out fine, so they do their job well whenever they feel like it.

Fair selection of eye glasses. Service is very disappointing. Service is based on commission. They had trouble finding the pricing for my type of insurance. Once they did, they incorrectly quoted a price on glasses then increased it after I had finalized my decision. They quoted a ship-by date that did not meet. I would not give them my business again.

The folks there are nice but their selection of frames was horrible. I got the "only" pair of gold colored frames they had in the store. My old frames broke and I had to get new ones as well as the lenses. They did tell me up front it would take 2.5 hours but it actually took all day before I got them. In short, slow service and bad selection.
