The dentist location/room is very nice, and the dentist herself is very professional and personable (same for staff) and clearly passionate about her job/place of work, but as parents we both felt let down with her treatment of our child given the nature of their teeth (being compacted). After seeking further options for treatment, we decided against remaining a client and pursued another dentist who seemed to have a more aggressive approach to treating a child with compacted teeth. If your child is a low need/maintenance type of client, Im sure this Dr is fine. And Im sure she has her reasons for why she pursues clients with problems in the manner in which she did, but overall, we felt we had a better fit of treatment elsewhere. We think problems should be dealt with before they become problems, not dealt with when they are problems. It seems in discussion with other dentist, they also felt this line of approach was best as well.

Clean, efficient, friendly, and professional. My child has sensory issues and struggles with things like the dentists or haircuts. Anything with noise in close quarters and touching. This dentist makes things so much better for him. They patiently explain things and put his mind at ease before and during the work.

Both my kids have no fear of the dentist AND have learned quite a bit about caring for their teeth from Dr. Roeder and her staff. They both love, love, love Lucy!! I have learned a lot too, both in care and what to expect. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and perfect for kids. I wish they were my dentist!

My experience here was amazing. The staff really make it easy for the kids to ENJOY going to the dentist. I wish I had friendly and CARING staff when I was a child. These guys GENUINELY care about their little patients and treat them like their own kids. I would definitely recommend this to any parent.
