We absolutely LOVE this dentist office!!! All the staff are so friendly, attentive, and professional! My daughter actually gets excited to go to the dentist! She is able to play games in the waiting room before she goes in. Then watches television while the hygienist and dentist gently clean and check out her teeth. We travel an hour just to come here, thats how GREAT they truly are! We have been visiting this office for the past 8 years and will continue until they tell me my daughter is to old to come back!

Dr. Backhaus saw our son on an emergency basis this afternoon. She and her assistant, Alyssa, were very patient, professional, and compassionate to our son who was very nervous about going to the dentist. Hes also scheduled for a follow up appointment/treatment next Tuesday which is great -- that way hell start feeling better and on the mend ASAP. Eleanor, one of the scheduling coordinators, was also extremely helpful and patient regarding scheduling and payments. We really love this place!

I have been going to this practice since I was a little girl. I have never had any issues with them at all. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the doctors always spend a decent amount of time chatting to see how I am doing, aside from my teeth. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and always make sure Im comfortable while Im there. I cannot wait to bring my baby girl there for her first check up! Staff is just amazing. Not a bad thing to say about them.

Our daughter has been going here since age 2. At that time, she fell and cracked off a large portion of her front tooth. Dr. Backhaus had to perform a pulpotomy. All went smoothly. The tooth looked amazing, never turned purple from trauma, and fell out at the usual time around age 7. We trust Dr. Backhaus and her entire staff. They have a lot of patience with the children.

The dentist was great! She made my children feel very comfortable and was very patient with them. My problem was with the office staff. To be fair, my situation is very complicated, but the issues that arose were out of my control. The way they handled everything was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone based on the staff alone.

They asked $7000 to 8000 for just filling some cavities. I do not understand why they never mentioned using laughing gas which is commonly used for kids, but only gave two options of general anesthesia.

Dr. Backhaus and the her staff are wonderful. My daughter used to hate going to the dentist but she loves going now. I just wish I could go to Central Jersey Pediatric Dentistry too.

Just concerned on getting paid, and charging an arm and a leg. Service was good, but very expensive and they do not follow what the child REALLY needs, they do what can cost more.

Worried more about the money then the child. Didnt want to do a payment plan even when we offered to pay balance in full. Never been to a place like this.

The office staff people are extremely rude but the doctors there are so nice and helpful and careful!
