Horrible experience, Poor Customer Service, Office is disgraceful ...On my initial visit upon entering the office I was skeptical on actually being seen due to the fact there was blood splatter near the entrance way lower level staircase.But I overlooked it because I was desperate to be seen by Dr. The entire experience was horrible after that. Yes they were able to take me even though I called just an hr before but I shouldve known something was wrong just by that alone....the entire visit was rushed the waiting room was overfilled with barely any where to sit and then during my service the x ray part to be exact the nurse was not listening to me complain about the mouth inserts that were totally uncomfortable and hurting my mouth she ignored it an continued to proceed with the x ray which eventually lead to me having sores in my mouth . I never called to complain simply because Im not the complaining type...and the sores where just caused by the insert scratching the inside of my mouth....Now about 3 months later I decided to give them another chance and schedule a second visit...So when I called I briefly explained what happened and the nurse on the phone was very rude and unprofessional basically tryna to cover her ass... as she mentioned I should see a doctor...Now for what reason would I pay out of my hundreds pocket to go see a doctor to basically to basically tell me the same thing they would tell a child whom scraped their knee...She even furthered try to embarassing me by telling me that I wasnt welcome there... How insensitive when I actually was gonna give them a 2nd chance. ..Trust me I would never be going there again with my business and I will be passing the word.

Ive been a patient since 2015 and didnt think much of the Dr. or staff. I knew it wasnt the greatest dental office but they took care of my needs, were close to home and had convienent hours at the time. I had a crown done by Dr. Lee in 2016. By 2017 it was shifting and getting stuck when flossing. I figured Id go back to have this looked at. At that time I saw Dr Bavli, to mention she is the owner of the office and it was my first encounter with her. She started off by asking why I was seeing her and not Dr. Lee. She was very unprofessional and rude. She didnt introduce herself, didnt try to make my visit warm, welcoming or inviting. In fact I couldnt wait to leave. With that being said I still gave this disgraceful office another chance by calling them to schedule an appointment for a check of the same crown that has yet to get fixed Or corrected. Upon contacting them I was informed by the receptionist that Dr Bavli had terminated me from their office. I couldnt help but laugh as this is their MO! What a shame!!! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy there! Every dog has his day and what you do in this world you pay for! Good or bad!! I wish this office the best of luck!

We scheduled an appt for my son to have 2 fillings, as after the cleaning/checkup; Dr Lee was going on vacation. We asked it another doctor could do it as my son was returning to college. We were given an appt with Dr Bavli. At the appt, she berated her staff in the waiting room; scolding them for making an appt. I said its 2 fillings. She said what some see as fillings; I may see as a root canal I asked if she saw the film. She said "No." Now if she had seen the film, looked at his mouth and said "Im uncomfortable doing this" I could understand. She went on a rampage in front of her staff and waiting patients and never looked at his records nor his mouth! In fact, she never even saw him. When I shared with her that her angry demeanor gave me pause for her to work on my son, she called me "angry." I apologized to the staff as, I felt bad for them, and left. I called my insurance company to log an official complaint. My experience with Dr Zlata Bavli is that she is rude & very unprofessional. Her practice has lost 3 patients. I can never recommend them; not ever!!!
