Im currently sitting on a chair receiving grade A service from Carmen who is prepping my procedure as I wait for Dr Lobaton. Keisha was phenomenal, funny, and patient while taking my x-rays. Been coming here for years and the service and the people always exceed my expectation. Dr Lobaton did a high quality job on a root canal that I had A bad infection on some time ago and now Im back to get a crown on the same tooth. The office manager, Maria Almeida Makes you feel understood and loved regardless of your situation. In this office everyone is looking out for YOUR best interest. Let the people that treat you like FAMILY not patients take care of your SMILE :)

Very friendly, professional, clean office, professional receptionist, and overall all a nice experience. Dr. Lobaton-Palacios and Dr. Goldstein was the best! Explained all the procedures, didnt make me feel nervous or anxious about my treatments, and took good care of me. The dental techs also provide great care and pre-treatments on every one of my visits. The billing office was also friendly, explained insurance versus pay out of pocket expenses and did all they could to work with whatever billing issues I had.

Ive been going to this office since I moved to Union in 1984. My son continues to go there and my daughter as well until one day she waited so very long and decided to change . Ive seen staff come and go. Yesterday , I had an appointment for 4:30 did not get home till 7:30, mind you I live 5 minutes away. I love Dr. LaBaton so I waited yesterday and Maria, the hygienic apologized but no she couldnt do my cleaning. Im seriously considering leaving if they dont get better help in that front desk !

Worst service ever and greedy people. I was in bad pain had to extract my wisdom tooth. I called them to make sure they have appointment available for today to extract my tooth the guy on the phone said yes come in when I went there they took some x rays and said the doctor is busy come later for extraction and here is your x ray bill have good day. Seriously why would you guys lie to me, charge me and than leave me in pain. :(

God only knows how much I hate going to the dentist but I can honestly say, The American Dental Center offers nothing but the best dental care. I love this Dental team. The care that one receives here is definitely a heaven sent.

My wife had root canal done. After few days she had unbearable pain. She called ADA, receptionist said doctor who did root canal is on vacation. She had to bear pain for more than 7 days until doctor came from vacation. Also they give you estimate but when actual bills come double or triple than what was the estimate. Not not really satisfied with ADA

Been coming here for years my whole family and loves the staff and they make us feel welcome everytime. They have payment plans and everything. When my sons insurence wouldnt cover the work they worked with me each month until I was at a zero balance. Im grateful for all they have done .. my family have great teeth because of them. Ive been coming here for years and little by little the office has gotten worse. Terrible staff who who are rude and dont know anything except the answer of I dont know. Avoid this place! Stay very far away! You can find much better places without having to go to a big conglomerate dental place. Consider yourself warned!

Not happy at all. If I could, I would rete this place w/o starts. They charged me for something that I did not get done there. I did what they charged me for overseas. They sent me a bill and dispute it, but they argued about it. As a result, my credit score wen down. I will not recomend this place.

The way they take care of you,appointments right on,dont rushing out is a plus plus. Finance people awesome especially LILY shes taking the time to explain all your bills. Shes wants you to leave the place without confusion. Especially i,cause i did a lot of work,still doing a implant. Thank you

As a military wife/mom I have had a total of 6 different dental offices within the united states and overseas. This office is by far the most organized, clean, professional, sensitive to your needs, and has the most punctual appt times... Wish I could take them with me when we leave NJ.
