Dont let the smiles fool you! When I visited here late last year for the first time, they never told me they were out of network until I had my xray done, so I left for another dental clinic and took another xray there. I just found out now that I have to pay for the service of the xray I had done in this clinic because my insurance wouldnt cover 2 xrays performed within 32 months. I called and explained the situation and they wouldnt give me an exception, even after I told her that I might come back to this clinic(not too happy with my current one). In a way its a little shady on their side- if I had known that they were out of network, I wouldnt have done the xray. At the end of the day, I can understand, that its a business, and its all about the money, no matter how friendly they seem.
