Terrible vet! I brought my cat here who didnt seem like herself because my regular vet was closed. The first thing the vet said when he looked at my cat was, "Oh no!". Terrible bedside manners. When he finally gave me the diagnosis he started rattling off how he wanted to keep her for a few days and all these tests he wanted to do. I tried to get out of him whether is was worth it or not due to my cat being 14 and he said he couldnt give me an answer until he performed his tests. I regretted going there in the first place and in looking back I wish I never did. I ended up spending $200+ just "make my cat feel comfortable" for the night. I ended up bringing my cat to my regular vet the next morning and had to put her to sleep. My vet was honest with me and didnt want to see how much money he could get out of me. The vet at the Emerson animal hospital would have taken thousands of dollars and put my cat and myself through a lot of stress for no reason. Do yourself and your animals a favor and never bring them here. They have no compassion for the pets or their owners, all they care about is the money flowing into their wallet.

Terrible terrible terrible place. I brought my dog there last year after moving to the area. They were unfriendly, unsympathetic to how nervous I was trying to figure out what the correct choice was for my dog. I was given an option page with two different price lists. I found that to be ridiculous since I was looking to them for their expertise on how to treat my dog. the vet, Dr. Frogget was very nice. I wasnt surprised that when I went back last week she was no longer there. My second visit was this past week and the vet was aweful. He did not introduce himself and was impatient and disinterested. He also came back with different options with crazy prices. My dog was given an injection to make her throw up because she ate a piece of chocolate. They said she was done throwing up but she threw up about 8 more times including all over me on the way home in the car. There was never a follow up phone call on either visit to see how she was. It is a totally horrible, unprofessional, unfriendly, uncaring place and I will never go here again. My dog is still not right or back to normal.

Our dog rocky was not feeling well so we took him to see Dr Bishnoi.when we first walked into his office he saw that we were very upset, that our dog was not feeling well and we knew something was wrong. He examined our dog and knew that he needed to do tests to find out what was going on with him. The doctor called us back in several hours with his diagnosis.not only did they cure him, but when he came back home he was acting like a little puppy again. we are very grateful for Dr Bishnoi and his staff. we could have not asked for a better staff to take care of our dog. We just recently put a family pet down. And the experience was mad worse then it should have been. I work for a veterinarian and we never make a family wait in the waiting room when they are about to euthanize a family member. We were made very uncomfortable waiting for something that was already very difficult and the parking lot was empty!! Then our dog was picked up and placed on the table. This all could have been done on the floor to make her feel better. I hope nobody ever had to go through this at this hospital.

Dr Lofaro is the best. I wouldnt bring Seamus to any other Animal Hospital. Drs are great and the staff is friendly and competent.
