Do you lack any sense of professionalism? Did you get fired from the DMV for being too rude? In prison, were you known as the one with the attitude? Well, dont worry because your new employer doesnt care. At PM&R, in Englewood,NJ, the first thing we teach every new employee is that we dont give a crap what the customer thinks. Coming in for PT? Well treat you like a drug seeking junkie! Have an appointment at 10:00 a.m.? Well just ignore you till Noon! So if Wal-Mart says you are too stupid to stock shelves, come join PM&R.

Extremely knowledgeable Occupational Therapist......Office staff less than desireable. Calls/ messages wont be returned. Requests to be on their "do not call" list will not be honored and trust me they call constantly! Their insurance handlers.....in ept and require the patient to do most of their job for them.. unconscionable!!! According to Rhonda the OCT, I am a fighter.....SO!! THERE IT IS IN A NUTSHELL....YOU MUST BE A FIGHTER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PRACTICE!!!

This review is in regards to the billing dept. I called in and when I spoke to a woman (didnt get her name) she truly sighed after I asked to pay my bill. Do you NOT want my money? I then asked if I would recieve a paid bill in the mail and she said...I just gave you the confirmation number! Im sorry I was such an inconvenience to your life! There are so many other physical rehab places why bother getting treated so poorly here.
