I needed therapy on my left knee following a poorly administered shot of Synvisc. Initially, I was in constant pain that was greatly increased with walking and movement. Later, I needed treatment for my back due to months of limping. My steady progress was the result of a variety of therapeutic techniques including: Ultrasound, electronic stimulation of the muscles above the knee, massage, vacuum cupping, acupuncture, and exercises that stretched and strengthened my leg. The entire staff assisted in my recovery, most especially Mitch. I very grateful that I can now walk up and down stairs with alternate strides and sleep through the night. I no longer have to take pain medication.

I highly recommend Dr. Alex Rosado and his team at Bardonia Physical Therapy. Ive had lingering back problems for the past few years and after my sessions here my back feels the best its been in a long time. The environment that Dr Rosado and his team provide is not only professional but also very comfortable. Each session I was greeted with warm smiles from the entire staff and genuinely had fun rehabbing my back. If you are in need of physical therapy in this area look no further!

Great physical therapy , therapist are very enthusiastic and helpful. Im an athlete with a strain in my leg and they have been helping me gradually improve session by session , Ive been to other PTs and I highly reccomend going to Bardonia Physical Therapy in new city.
