My first experience with Animal Health Care of Marlboro was on Christmas Eve 2011 when my beloved Molly laid on the kitchen floor at noon and just died. As you can imagine we were totally devastated at loosing our family member who we had since she was 7 lbs. and 7 weeks old. We called every possible Animal Hospital and also called Funeral Homes asking if they would take her and preserve her until the holiday was over but, there was nobody that was going to disturb their holiday not even our own Vet who we took Molly to since she joined our family back in 2000. Then we stumbled upon Animal Health Care of Marlboro and was greeted by Dr. Debbie and her staff at approximately 2:00 PM. People that did not even know us or how much Molly meant to us were so compassionate and understanding of our situation waited at their facility for 1 additional hour on a holiday so we could bring Molly to them. Molly was wrapped in her blanket and her favorite toy was by her side, the staff at Animal Health Care brought a cart to our car, gave us time to say our goodbyes and gently and carefully pick her up and wheeled her slowly to their facility where she was preserved and then cremated. On Christmas morning we received a call from Dr. Debbie who gave her condolences to us and assure us Molly would be treated with the utmost dignity during her stay with them, and when her ashes were returned she would be in touch with us so we could pick her up and bring her home again. I cannot tell you how happy we are to recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good and caring Animal Health Care Facility for their family members. Well after all this, we adopted Jenna who has been with us for a couple of years and you guessed it she is taken care of by Dr. Debbie and her great staff. We Would not have it any other way. Great people who love all types of animals.

If I could give no stars I would. Extremely rude and dont care about animals at all. I adopted a cat was looking to get it groomed and confirmed before and after the first office visit the pricing and 10 mins not even an hour or a day before the appointment they called and said they could not honor the original pricing . I was on my way to the appointment that i committed to and could not believe this call was coming 10 mins before my appointment! I drove 45 mins out of my way and could not believe the lack of compassion or empathy towards my cat. Not only did I waste time milage and trust into the business they said they could absolutely do nothing. I could not imagine telling my patients thats too bad and not take accountability for my staffs action. Even the lack of compassion from the owner 10 mins before my appointment they said "at least they called". I was completely shocked. Not only were they wrong they knew they were because instead of having the conversation at the front desk when I came in since I was 10 away from my appointment they took me into a room so my conversation would not be heard by other owners in the waiting room.I would never recommend this establishment they have no compassion for their animals and just want money because more concern about receiving $40 less. Its sad because I would have probably brought my other cat too where they would have another patient and receive profit for another client.

I love Animal Health Care of Marlboro. My Goldendoodle, Rusty, has been going there since he was 8 weeks old. Hes now 7. The staff in reception are always very helpful and welcoming. They greet Rusty like an old friend. Rusty is always excited to walk through the door. Rusty has seen all the Doctors and they are all wonderful. The Vets assistants always take good care of Rusty and make him feel at ease. He was neutered there and also had a professional teeth cleaning (anesthesia) and I was very happy with the care and results. They always call to check up on Rusty after hes had a visit. I only wish Drs for humans were as caring and thorough. I should also note that the office itself is so nice and new. I started there just after the renovations Its always a clean and enjoyable environment.

My dog was not feeling well and do to them having Sunday hours I was able to bring him in to be evaluated. At first they thought he had a urinary tract infection. But after a couple of days he was not still doing well. I brought him back and they took blood work and it was determined that he need to stay with him at their hospital. While he was their the doctors kept me well informed about how he was coming along and explained all medication they were giving him. I was also allowed to come and see my best friend when I wanted to. I highly recommended Animal Health Care of Marlboro for your pet. They are well informed and up to date on all your medical needs for your pet. Even though my dog is tough they were able to handle his situation. If you are looking for a vet I would recommended them highly.

My pet loves the entire team at AHC of Marlboro. So do I ! ! ! The convenience of having boarding services at the same place where your pets veterinary doctors work... is perfect for every pet owner. Dr. Deb, Dr. Steve and now Dr. Linda have really work hard building this extremely professional, highly motivated and very personal team of skilled vets performing every type of pet care and services. Dr. Deb is Stellas favorite although Dr. Steve has seen Stella the Dane the most. Stella has even made a TV appearance because of AHC of Marlboro. The Support Team cant go without praise. They have the 1 on 1 connection with your pet - day in and day out. Thanks to everyone! Stella turns 4 next month.

Our mixed Black Mouth Cur - Molly - has been a patient at Animal Health Care of Marlboro for about 5 years. During that time we feel that she has received the utmost care and concern - and that is our experience with the three doctors that Molly has seen - they have been just great. We have all the confidence that when Molly has to see her "Doc", whether for "maintenance" (lol) or for a specific problem, that it will be taken care of second to none. And we also must say that the front desk is great. In our minds the front desk is just as important as the Docs; and they are a great representation of the care and concern of Animal Health Care of Marlboro. We could not recommend them any more highly.

After being with another practice for 20 years circumstances caused me to look else where. I wanted a intergrated veterinary practice who marriaged allopathic and holistic medicine. Very hard to find. I found Animal Health Care of Marlboro and decided to try their services. Office was immaculate. Front office staff very accomodating. Something my other practice lacked. Dr Deb, Dr Tepper & Dr Morrone although new to the practice was very accomodating. I never leave without pamphlets to reenforce our vet visit. My cats had emergency visits and over night stays. I never worried about their safety. We will continue to use them exclusively and highly recommend them to others.
