I have been a dental assistant for 28 years and have never experienced such rude and nasty people. Starting from the front desk to the Dr. I went to Rand Dental because of my insurance , Dr Patel who saw me for the cavities I had was Nice until she understood that Ive been a Dental assistant for 28 years , once she understood that she could not get any extra business from me she Became defensive and Refused to even adjust my bite when I complained it was high. I then turned to the office manager who treated me like a criminal, when all I wanted was my bite adjusted. (something that takes less than 2 minutes of her time). I originally did not want to go back to this office but since they already did a partial job, and my insurance already approved the crowns, and submitted it to this office I made another appointment. When I got to my appointment about a month after, I was seated in a different doctors office just to be told they would not see me because of the prior incident. What incident?! Asking for my bite to be adjusted?! Why wouldnt you think to call someone and let them know that youre not going to treat them? I woke up, and took off of work for an 8:30 am appointment, just to be turned away while already in the seat? Like I said previously, I have been a dental assistant for 28 years and have never seen such disgusting treatment, and bad attitude. This offices only concern is money, and nothing else. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.

As always, my visit at Rand Dental was a pleasant one. Last year a 25+ yr old post & crown in front of my mouth came loose b/c the root fractured. This meant it had to be removed & after 3-4 mos. an implant placed followed by 4-6 more mos. for it to be crowned. The idea of going 7-10 mos. w/o a front tooth had me visibly (& understandably) upset, but Dr. Rand was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He explained a few solutions including "The Snap-On Smile" that I opted for b/c itd ENHANCE MY ENTIRE "iffy at best" SMILE during the healing process; Money very well spent! For the final restoration (a cap & 5 veneers) Dr Rand used the latest technology to more accurately "scan" my mouth rather than having me bite into gooey impression putty. When my cap & veneers arrived, he was on vacation but he actually flew in for the day b/c he knew how excited I was to finally get my new smile! Thanks to Dr Rands impeccable work, for the first time in my life I can actually say that I HAVE A GORGEOUS SMILE! :D

Rand Dental is An Amazing Dental facility! I have been working with Rand Dental For over 15 years.. They have an array of specialist available and very kind and knowledgeable staff. They have All the newest technology available to take care of all your needs. Not only that but you can be sure that this office stands by all osha rules meaning that they make sure everything is sterilized properly. They do not cut corners at This office. They use the best products to make sure you will have a great experience and the best results. Dr Rand is one of the Best and kindest Dr you will meet.. He takes a lot of pride in his office and will make sure you have a pleasant experience. Most people dont like to go to the Dentist but you will enjoy your experience here!

Due to some poor dental care as a young person I have had to seek a significant amount of treatments at Rand Dental. Fortunately, Dr. Rand, his associates and his staff, in addition to providing the most up to date treatments and technologies available, always receive me more like a friend or family member rather than an anonymous customer. I have known Dr. Rand and several members of his team for more than 10 years and wouldnt trust my dental care to anyone else. While dental visits are not my idea of a good time, at least I know when I am treated at Rand Dental I will receive the best care available by professionals who genuinely care about my health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rands since I moved to the area two decades ago. Over the years, I have had many issues with my teeth and have always been treated with extreme care. Ive seen Dr. Rands practice grow to become a wonderful dentistry center that has saved me a lot of time when it comes to different procedures Ive needed to undergo. Many times you have to go researching other dental specialists, but Dr. Rand has not only done the research but he has specialists at his Flanders location to handle just about any issue. Thanks Dr. Rand for taking such good care of me.

I have been going to Rand Dental for at least the past 6 - 7 years. I had an emergency where my front tooth broke at the gum line. When I called them they would not even see me and said the earliest they would seem me is March 2016, it is 12/29/2015 right now. OMG this is my dentist. they dont care. Dont believe there web page when they say same day appointments for emergencies, its a lie. Please dont go there, it is a different dentist every time I go.I cant believe your dentist would leave you in this condition

I have been going to Rand Dental for a long time and I have had an unbelievable experience with them. I came to them ashamed of my teeth constantly avoiding smiling, but now I find myself showing off my beautiful pearly whites to everyone thanks to Rand Dental. Their work is without flaw, their crew is not only professional and amazing at their job, but they always have a smile on their face and make you feel at ease. I recommend Rand Dental to anyone who wants a perfect tooth experience.

Took an uneasy 7-year-old to get three cavities drilled and couldnt believe how well it went. Dr. Singh is a saint. She worked fast while she sang songs and talked calmly about what she was doing. Afterwards, my daughter wanted me to take pictures of her teeth so she could see what happened to the "sugar bugs" Dr. Singh chased away. They have TVs above the chairs and a cute token system kids can use to get a prize afterwards. Painless - in more than one sense of the word!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. This practice has met all my dental needs and expectations. I have always been impressed with the staff, and the way they operate. Dr. Rand always is on top of things and utilizes the newest technology . It is very nice to come to one office and have many different types of dentists there to help with your dental problems. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to my friends and family.

My 7-year old daughter just had a baby root canal done. The care that she received was outstanding! The staff explained everything to her, and made her feel very calm and comfortable. Even with all the nerves she had before she arrived, not one tear was shed- just smiles to show! To top it all off, she even won a "gold" necklace at the token machine and felt so special! Thank you so much!

Have been a patient here for almost 2 years. I randomly chose them because they accept my dental insurance and are close to home, and I am so glad I did. The service is great, Ive never had a long wait regardless of my appointment time, and Im usually done within an hour (even when I was getting fitted for a crown). Ive recommended my boyfriend to them, and now hes a patient of theirs too!
