Very poor experience with this office -- Staff is very unfriendly. Went in for a referral (saw a NP not the Dr), didnt get a call till 3 weeks later. Now they have sent me a bill for that visit. Tried to reason with the office manager, she agreed the service was poor, but could do nothing for me with the bill. I actually had to go to another dr to get the referral (so had to already pay!!!! no one returned my call at Dr Blanks). I asked to speak with the dr as I am sure this is not how he runs his practice -- she told me "Oh Ill be honest, hes not going to speak with you" WOW... really... I guess im not one of his important patients. How sad this is, seems to be just about the money.

I have a horrible experience every time I come here. The staff is not pleasant, if you ask them a question they huff and puff and roll their eyes. I can never see Dr. Blank, only a NP. I would go in with a 5 day migraine and they would prescribe me cough medicine. I changed my phone number 3 times and they continue to call and share my medical records with someone other than myself. After getting X-ray results back, they said everything was normal...I ended up walking around on a broken foot for three weeks. They do nothing but lie. I would be embarrassed to work here, this place is a disgrace.

If I could write a lower than 1 star review I would. Literally the most disrespectful staff. Always chewing gum and rude as hell. Literally been waiting for results for 2 months that was suppose to take 3 weeks and no one knows "where they are" and the girls are ditsy and have no idea what they are talking about. No help for 2 months I woulda been better off just not asking for help or testing. Terrible. Meanwhile still dont know anything and have no idea whats wrong and still NO RESULTS. WHY PAY 100,000 TO GO TO MEDICAL SCHOOL AND NOT HELP PEOPLE?

I didnt want to put ANY stars but I couldnt write anything. This so called doctor and his staff are the pits. Very rude and disconcerting. I was misdiginosed twice by him and when I wanted to leave his practice he wanted to charge me a dollar a page for MY records and his staff started to ingore me left me just standing there. If you value your life. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Very long waits to see someone. The one time I saw Dr Blank (out of probably 10 times) he was on the phone talking about his tee time? Now Im getting a full bill for a physical I had done a year ago. I have dealt with the billing dept 5 times and they keep telling me theyll correct it with my insurance and I continue to get billed for the same thing. Stay away!

Prescribed the same medication for six years. Lost a script and had no access to my medication, so I take a drug test to prove I was clean of any other substance. I warned him that my prescription would not show (which it did not.) So he therefore refused to fill any more of my prescriptions.

I only put one star because you cant write a review unless you put something. Do not ever go to this doctor!!! If you want to live a long happy healthy life never ever go there. My sister was put off by them and now she is dying!! FU
