I wish to give -1 star. Worst customer service ever. Front desk lady is so rude and unfriendly can not explain in words. They bill my annual health visit under regular visit code in 2015. after multiple back and forth they fix some bills and here I am in 2017 getting notice from collection agency and now they wont respond to any of email or letter.

My aunt that came from Colombia to visit for a few weeks got an ear infection while she was here in the USA. She went to the Rockaway Family Medicine to see a doctor and that lady in the front desk told her to go somewhere else because nobody speak spanish there. Wow Very disappointed

Good luck to anyone needing to refill a prescription at Rockaway Family Medicine Associates. They may ask you to come in just for the B-list doctors to make money from you and your insurance company before they release your prescription to you. Rude and unfriendly.
