the secretary is RUDE and uneducated. Very loud and does not know how to be polite, EVER. The Dentist himself, is cool but he needs a new secretary as she is a THUG. She reflects badly on his practice. I had an appointment a few Fridays ago at 4pm. Went there, not a SOUL in the office, pitch back, all doors unlocked. No explanation, no note, no cancellation calls, NOTHING. I spoke on the answering machine several times, asking if everything was ok, are they still alive, what happened? etc.. NO RETURN CALL EVER. VERY unprofessional.

Bargain basement atmosphere ... unprofessional staff...rude dentist. Went because one of the few dentists my health insurance would cover. There is a two tier health care system in our country and if you are not familiar with the term PPO it basically means poor people out. If you have any insurance administered by Medicaid you get crappy care long waits etc. If you work and your employer pays or you pay for insurance on your own then you have real medical care or a ppo.and will probably not be coming here. Nuff said.

Scheduled a visit because I couldnt make an appointment with my original dentist right away but this one could. They scheduled me to come in the next day. However, it turned out to be a HORRIBLE experience. Dentist is proud and inpatient. Didnt even let me finish describing my problems. Felt like he just wanted to get the work done and collect money! No wonder no patients there!

Great experience. Secretary was actually sweet as could be. Very attentive and we had a nice conversation before my appointment began. My take away, is I need to floss more often. Guess twice a year doesnt cut it. Nice to find an office that enjoys spending time with patients and getting to know them.

cindy jones As usual Dr.keh always provide excellent treatment It is really good to see that there is no more that rude and unfriendly receptionist. All of his new staffs are really friendly and helpful.
