Im sure Dr. Jaszewski is a fine chiropractor. He did a wonderful job explaining the tests to me, and I did feel some relief with neck tension that I didnt even know I had after my first and only adjustment. However, I did not feel good at all about my experience there or the treatment I recieved from him or his staff. I check in for my appointment and waited 50 minutes, most of which was in a small dark room, before i went out to the desk to tell them I was not happy to have been waiting for so long. I used measured, careful language because I dont like yelling at people who dont have control over what Im upset about. I even said "pass it along to whoever you need to" because I knew it was probably not her fault. I was very careful to not raise my voice. The girl that I spoke to appeared to me to not care. I went back to sit in that dark room. 10 minutes later the doctor comes in and accuses me of being rude to the girl at the desk, and of being an uncaring unfeeling jerk. No those arent his words but thats how the interaction made me feel. It turns out that I had been 30 minutes early to the appointment, but the staff did not tell me that when I arrived, because my (I quote from an e-mail he sent me) "previous visit had been only a day or 2 before." Obviously not, because I was there 30 minutes early. Who does that? Who has time to sit in a doctors office for 30 minutes? I continued with the appointment because I didnt want to make any rash decisions based off emotion. the appointment went fine, although he didnt want to treat what I had actually come there for in the first place. So that night when I had calmed down I decided I wasnt comfortable continuing to visit that office. I wrote an e-mail to cancel an appointment I had scheduled for the next day, and to explain how I felt in his office. I felt I was treated unfairly as a patient, and that as a business he has a responsibility to help the people paying his bills to feel comfortable there, and I wanted him to fully understand how I felt. So I thought that was the end of it. Then I get an e-mail from him today doubling down on blaming me for the interaction. In the letter I wrote to him I said he didnt witness the interaction but he still treated me like I had done something wrong, and gave no alternative ways I could have handled it better. His response was: "You are correct that I was not there and have to take one of you at your word. I hope you can understand that as a business owner I must believe my employee." So there you have it. I myself have worked in customer service quite a bit, and I know that it is quite possible to believe your employee while not treating your customer like you think they are a horrible person. Dr. Jaszewski is apparently not capable of that. I wasnt going to write a review of this experience but I feel he has treated me very unfairly, especially with this last e-mail he sent, and he needs to know that treating customers like this is NOT ok.

My previous experiences with chiropractic care were so traumatizing that I avoided it for years! It took acute pain to get me to give chiropractic another chance. My memories of chiropractic offices include lying on the table with my whole body clenched; shoulders hunched, waiting for the dreaded “crunching” to begin. Dr. Eric Jaszewski does not “crunch”. Rather, he uses firm, yet gentle movements that remind me of a good massage. He has the hands of a Healer, and in just one visit made me feel safe and comfortable. When he is working on my back, I could easily fall into a refreshing nap. Dr. Eric is unlike any chiropractor I’d previously encountered – and I’m not just talking about his exceptional skill. His incredible warmth, kindness, compassion, and generosity of spirit are tangible. He takes a personal interest in patients, quickly learning who they are and what they care about. A visit to Lawrence Family Chiropractic is a social event! I know that some people consider chiropractic a quasi-medical practice. If that describes you, it might reassure you to know that Dr. Eric is a researcher who continues to study current findings as well as attending professional conferences in his field. He uses the latest electronic diagnostic tools to aid his practice. And yes, he healed my pain. I highly recommend Lawrence Family Chiropractic.

I have been a patient of Dr Js for almost 3 years now. When I first began treatment I had incredible debilitating sciatic pain which began to improve almost immediately after starting treatment. Over the years there have been times I suffered flare-ups that have required immediate attention and I have been able to make an appointment with Dr J the same day with little to no advanced notice. He listens intently to his patients symptoms and always makes sure that he has addressed the issues before they leave his office. Dr J follows-up with his patients with either a call or text the day after an emergency visit. The office staff is pleasant, professional and welcoming. Their office is conveniently located on Business Rt 1 and is always clean and comfortable. Office hours are very accommodating for patients who work. I fully recommend anyone who is thinking about chiropractic care for health and wellness to have a consultation with Dr J. My overall well-being has improved greatly since beginning treatment.

I saw Dr. Eric give a presentation on chiropractic and could see that he was very passionate and professional. The fact that he uses current technology rather than using his hands applying the "feel technique" is why I have had great success under his chiropractic care. I never had a back or spine issue but I like to be proactive with my health and I can honestly say that I always feel better leaving his office after an adjustment. Since Ive been going I rarely ever get ill. Im always reminded of my appointments ahead of time and the staff is consistently kind and professional. I tell everyone about the positive impact Lawrence Family Chiropractic has had on my life. And I will continue to spread the word. Thanks Dr. Eric!

After years of constant shoulder and neck pain from a previous injury I met Dr. Eric and took a chance and began treatment. After about 6 months I had major improvements. My pain was minimized and my posture greatly improved. After over a year of treatment I have seen almost complete resolution of my pain. Dr Eric also focus on total wellbeing and goes above and beyond for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Eric and his staff.

Dr. Eric Jaszewski is personable and friendly, incredibly skilled and passionate about his craft, and generous in sharing his knowledge. Prior to chiropractic in this office, I lived with daily back, leg and neck pain as well as migraines. After a few visits my pain was incredibly minimized. Dr. J. practices total body health and fitness in which chiropractic is an essential part. Highly reccommended!

I have been a patient of Dr. Eric for 4 years now and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for comprehensive chiropractic care. His office staff is friendly and efficient. Every visit, I am quickly "checked in" and seen within minutes. Dr. Eric is not only a good doctor, but a kind person who really cares about his patients.
