Useless is the only word I have to describe Vitals. Well, most of these doctor referral portals are pretty terrible, but Vitals outdoes them all. I wanted to add our new location and of course, I got an error message. I called their customer service number and was immediately prompted to leave a message, which I didnt bother to do because its just...useless. They never follow up on messages. This happens every time Ive reached out to them.

Vitals does not take responsibility for correcting incorrect or inaccurate information that is posted. In addition, it is virtually impossible to get a return call or email from anyone in their customer service department. Think carefully before you post anything on any of their websites because it is impossible to adjust/remove or appeal.

I found the reviews on my doctors to actually be accurate on vitals compared to my appointment experiences. I left a few reviews and like the fact that I could post anonymously otherwise I never would have left a review. A few usability issues on the site like navigation but the office information on my doctors was accurate.

My home address is published and they will not change it. I have reported it to the Attorney General and would encourage everyone to do the same. I also looked at the fabulous review by Denise Kramer and what a coincidence I found that she lives in Lyndhurst, NJ......the headquarters of Vitals.

Absolutely the worst web site ever. They rip you off and never do what they promise to do. The staff are rude and never answer their phones. They double charged me and then left our business with incorrect information on the site. Run away from these people fast. Nothing but trouble.

This site has published my personal cell phone. Patients are calling me directly at all times of the day and night. I have called the site 12 times and sent 5 e-mails and no one is getting back to me. Time to speak with the attorney general.

This site exemplifies whats wrong with internet-based consumer sites for physicians and medical facilities. Outdated, inaccurate, misleading information guides people and employers to make the wrong choices.

Vitals is one of the better doctor reviews sites in my opinion. Most of the other doctor sites only have ratings and I like reviews because they give a little more information.
