Ive had great experiences with CityMD in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This location is a big disappointment. I brought my 10 year old son to this location on Monday because he was complaining of a sore throat and because his pediatrician was completely booked. I explained to the physician that I was certain he had strep throat because his tonsils were swollen and there were white spots on his tonsils. I was immediately told that it was not possible because the sore throat was accompanied with a cough. Since when is it impossible to have a cough with strep? We were diagnosed with a "summer virus" and sent home with cough medicine. We were told he would be better in about one week. Today (Thursday) , I receive a call that the lab came back positive for strep. Go figure! Do not waste your time or money on this location. Go to your primary care physician or find a better urgent care.

Staff was really nice but the doctor had absolutely no bedside manner... I banged my head and went in to have it looked at cause it swelled up... After being asked the normal questions three times... No Im not on meds no I dont take any daily he just looks and said yea you banged your head you should be fine... Didnt really examine me I felt like he thought I was there for pain killers which I wasnt... Ive never been prescribed them... My head hurt... I told him I needed a note cause I missed work he said oh you can go to work.. I said no I cant Im in my pain my head hurts and he just gave me a smug smile and said fine Ill give u a note... I felt worse walking out of there then I did walking in...

Doctor refused to give me medicine for a sore throat. Instead he insisted that nose spray will help. I told him that the last time this happened I had to go to my doctor and get antibiotics. He claimed it was a coincidence... 1 week later I still have a sore throat and had to go to my primary care doctor for medicine... Turns out nose spray doesnt help sore throats. Does this place have doctors? Or people that play dress up?

This place is absolutely great. Extremely clean and beautiful place. While the doctors are nice and informative, I really appreciate the rest of the staff as they are very friendly and work to get you in and out while making you feel comfortable. Ive been here twice and recommend this city md very highly.

Poor customer service. The attitude that was given when just asking a simple question when I called was unnecessary. After reading the reviews I will not even waste my time going. I will go to Northwell Urgent care. They got great reviews and when I called they were extremely polite and helpful.

I would really recommend going to this location. The staff went out of their way, and were all welcoming and friendly. The doctor took me in right away. I told him my symptoms and was feeling better within a couple of days with what he prescribed to me. I definetly will be coming back!
