Beware!! I used their dental services and was informed by their billing manager, Andrea, that services were covered by the insurance company. Andrea actually said that she called and confirmed with my insurance company that the services were covered. I trusted her and had the services performed and of course, the insurance company denied payment. When I tried to discuss matters with the office they acted very aloof to the situation and Dr. Adams and her billing manager actually lied and said they told me that the services would not be covered. I would never have had the procedures performed had I known they would not have been covered by my insurance - thats why I pay for insurance. The insurance company actually told me that they would have covered the procedure if the dentist had broken up the procedure by a couple of months. DONT TRUST THEM - DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE! COMPLETE RIP-OFF!

I have been a patient of Dr. Adams for more than fifteen years. My previous dentist asked me to never come back on a Friday afternoon (evidently I ruined his weekend) and so I was a bit nervous when I took the recommendation of a friend and went to Dr. Adams. She transformed my smile using pain-free and affordable techniques. I moved away for three years and during that time scheduled my appointments wiith her when I was back in NJ visiting. It was worth it to stay with a professional for whom I have so much respect. Her staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. All around, a great experience.

Ill admit, I do NOT like going to the dentist. My teeth are in terrible shape and Ive been to a ton of different dentists. I wanted to find a new one and went to Dr Adams because of the good reviews and close proximity to my house. I am super impressed with him. I went to 2 consultations with him and he was so nice and spend a lot of time reviewing my case and explaining everything to me. I felt like he really cared. Actually everybody there seemed very nice and the office was pleasant and aesthetic. I would recommend him on just the experience Ive had so far.

In my long life Ive been a heavy user of dental services. Ive read all of the evaluations positive and negative. One wont tell why. Must be trying to sound mysterious. The other "beware" sounds like sour grapes caused by at least one, maybe several miscommunications. I have never been in a better dental office and have spent a lot of time in Adams practice to the tune of nearly $100,000. The Adams are extremely caring practitioners. They are skillful and drown you in kindness and listening to my needs and stories.

I have been going to Dr. Adams for over 5 years. She and her staff make it an absolute pleasure to go to the dentist. Dr Adams is very knowledgeable on the latest technology and advancements and has always given me excellent advice and service. I highly recommend her.
