worst experience ever! my wife went there for routine physical stuffs. they drew bloods, etc.. we told the office that if the blood report was normal we didnt want to come as we were very at that time. No matter what is in the report according to the secretary we have to go for the follow up visit. At the end they agreed that they would give the report result over phone. We called and they never gave us the report. My wife broke her arm/elbow very badly at one point. We went in the emergency and she was admitted to the hospital for the immediate surgery. The hospital needed a sign-off from the doctor and sent the paper works and called - nobody called back. The hospital stuffs were surprised. My wife few moths ago went to the dentist and the dentist wanted a clearance from the doctor. The dentist herself called several times and sent the paper works .. no response this time as well... I wonder is that how treats her patients. Very very unprofessional. I wish there was a "no star" rating...

Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. The first time I went there the process was not so bad, but because the dates of the USCIS form were not updated we had to repeat the process. Over the phone they told me they will charge an extra 50$ for re-doing the forms, but they made me do a full payment. They also increased their rates from 150$ to 225$ between my two appointments and stopped accepting any kind of insurance without first telling us they no longer accept any kind of insurance. The government website specifically asks for the TB test to be read within 48-72 hours, but they scheduled mine within 36 hours to read. They got angry when I told them they shouldnt read it before 48 hours. In addition, the nurse tried to measure the redness after the TB-test, instead of measuring the swelled area. Overall they really impeded the immigration process.

Dr. Sarita, is a Humble and Caring Person by herself. I have been luckily associated with her for past 3 years, though i live about 45 minutes away from her office.... I still prefer to go to Dr. Sarita. She is compassionate about her work and treats her patients with full confidence. I strongly believe she is a messiah!. I see some people write wrong reviews but I think they might have been there in the rush hour and only once... they should go second time and check.. Dr. Sarita as well as her Hubby (dont know the name) both are wonderful people and try to accommodate you with the appt dates. Very very unprofessional. Bad attitude. They BALANCE BILLING their patients!!! Patients can’t be billed more than in-network rates. Watch out if you got/get additional charge other than the copay in this place. They violate the contract between the provider and the insurer. The insurance company will deal with them regarding the violating of their contract. As a in-network provider, the staff (after asked the manager) said they bill patients because they didnt get enough from the insurer! Its simply means they dont satisfy the pre-negotiated rates with the insurance company, so they bill their patients to make up?!!

Dr. Regulapati is really a nice doctor. Being a long time patient, I always feel comfortable going to see her and her caring nature heals the problem right away. She has become our family doctor and she become my wifes doctor as well. We both feel like she is the best. I shall highly recommend her. Her specialty is that she first try to cure the problem through natural way and and gives very good suggestions and listen to the problem very carefully. She spends adequate time with her patient to understand the problem before suggesting anything. We are glad that she is our neighborhood doctor.

Most importantly, She and her staff is very helpful.They understand the urgency of immigration filings and I could file my immigration in CURRENT status because of their timely document delivery. They have introduced text based alerts for appointments etc and send referrals via text which i find quite useful. She also helps people with their immigration related screening. Very good and caring doctor. Dr Saritha is a very caring doctor. She takes the time to examine you for the issue at hand as well as other ancilliary issues that you may have never thought of. She prescribes medication only on an as needed basis - no unnecessary antibiotics for viral infections! Her affiliations are with the Princeton area and all her contacts are from there.

Dr Saritha is extremely good and we are very satisfied going to her. She spends a lot of time and encourages do it yourself and less medicine ways which is very very useful. She is understanding and spends very good time with each patient. We are changing homes and moving north, but will try and stick to dr Saritha s clinic than change doctors.

Terrible experience, Terrible. I had an appointment at 3:30... I sat there for over an hour... People came in after me and was seen. I ended up being the last person there. I was so pissed I walked out without being seen... never will go here again!!

Dr is very nice, explains everything in detail. Never in a rush. Ease in making an appointment and waiting time isnt more than 10 min. The best thing I like is blood work is also the same place. No need to go to the lab.
