Since I have been coming here with my son Dr. Ralph Paisner has been rude and very haste when it comes down to service. The ladies at the front desk are NOT hospitable AT ALL. He gives off this aura of absolutely NO COMPASSION for my child. I have over heard him interact with OTHER patients and he seems to be nice but when it comes down to my son and I there is this very stoic approach. Today will be my last day hear. I have never written a review about anything in my life, but after today after Dr. Paisner roughly swabbed my child for strep throat ENOUGH is ENOUGH. I rate this office excluding the two ladies who perform vitals for the patients a ZERO.

Spent the majority of the appointment with his back turned to me and my child, talking more to the computer screen than to us. Handled my infants throat culture so roughly that she not only gagged and vomited, but he cut her mouth and she bled as well, then tossed a paper towel at me to clean the blood, vomit and tears with such indifference that I knew he was the wrong doctor for us

This guy is the worst doctor there is for your kid. He doesnt care and he follows 50 year old procesures to evaulate your kids situation. No common sense whatsoever. He caused us a lot of collateral damage by ignoring our sons pneumonia situation. If you dont want your kid to have a life dangering emergency, dont go to this doctor (scammer).

We were very happy with Dr. Hung BUT the nurses all have horrible attitudes and on 3 occasions did not comply to transfer requests. I have never waited less than an hour. It is one of the worst run doctors facilities I have ever experienced.

No doctor cares more or is more patient. He is very thorough explaining conditions to stressed out parents.
