The short summary is this: the majority of the staff is rude and incompetent. They used to be so friendly and timely when I started seeing them after the birth of my daughter (Feb. 2015). It has gone down hill in the past 8 or 9 months and I do not know what has changed, but no one feels the need to address how awful their practice has become. A longer explanation is as follows: Lisa and Dr. Giardino and about 2 nurses are great but the rest of the staff is incredibly rude. There have been several times that I have arrived for my appointment and signed in and no one even acknowledged me being there for 30 minutes. However, the staff had no problem loudly gossiping about other staff members so all patients could hear. The past 4 or 5 times I have been there, I had to wait for well over an hour which is difficult with a toddler (who missed their nap to be able to make it in for their appointment). Most recently, I brought my daughter in (which I am thankful they do provide same-day sick appointments). Dr. Giardino wanted to see her for a follow-up the next day. I went to check out and the staff initially told me that they wouldnt make a follow-up appointment for me and that I would have to call the day of. When I explained to her that I work and would like to schedule it then, she was extremely rude and finally just said to me "Well are you actually going to come in??" (Ive never missed a single appointment) and reluctantly scheduled an appointment for me. Staff has also sent me home with information on someone elses child, which is a huge HIPPA violation. Finally, they continue to make issues for my insurance company. No information has changed since February 2016, yet in the past month they indicated to my insurance company that my daughter may have another insurance provider (she doesnt) and then they sent me a "final notice" bill of close to $1000 yesterday (with no description or dates of service) even though I was there a week and a half ago and was told I only owed a small amount, which I paid immediately. In addition, the billing department was telling me that I had an unpaid bill despite having a receipt for payment. They said I had to mail everything in for them to process it. I dont feel comfortable sending in my hard copy of proof of payment to an office that has no record of me paying it there in person. Please dont waste your time with this practice. I am so disappointed with their service and I am switching to a more caring and competent provider.

I gave four stars because that is pretty high and since I am especially fond of one of the doctors and can not really comment as much on the other doctors, I felt I could not give 5 stars. Dr. Andres Guevarra is great. Very friendly, professional and kind. He is very open about babies and kids and how they are brought up. The staff is friendly, not overly, but who needs that when you have a sick kid and just want to see the doc. They get the job done. Maybe a smile more often here and there would be nice, but not a big deal. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see a doctor. And they ask you who you would prefer to see each time. Dr. Giordino is newer, however, he saw me in the hospital for my second child who is now 16 months, and he was very courteous, professional and down to earth. Moorestown pediatrics response to after hours calls is excellent. If Dr. Guevarra or Giordino or even Maloney call you back, that is great. There is one I do not like, I think he works out of Florence NJ and once in a blue moon he is the on-call doc. But all in all, a really good practice. Solid. We were recommended to them from my OBGYN who was recommended to me by an old family friend...If anyone had a bad experience, it was definitely unusual. We have been going there for almost five years with two kids.

I enjoy Dr. Andres Gueverras caring ways and advice he provides to my two very different boys. He listens to our concerns and has guided us since the boys were infants. One incident occurred when my son was 5 weeks old and ran a high temp. He directed me to go straight to the hospital. My scary decision was what hospital. I found great care at Virtua ( the old location), as I did not want to visit CHOP. We have had to self direct in some ways as doctors may not always know a childs problem. The parent needs to be the advocate. If your sons walk looks funny, discuss this with your doctor. Our solution was custom made orthotics. Dr. Gueverras was great in observing and suggesting a potential solution.

One star is too much like the above commenters I agree with their issues. The staff is TERRIBLE they are rude, they dont look professional, and they sure dont act professional. You can schedule an appointment for a certain hour get there 20 mins in advance and wait for an hour until you see a doctor. Ive called so many times for an after hour doctor and most of the time dont even get a call back!! The only thing that I like about this place is that they do take same day appointments only if you call at 9 am and the doctors. Other than that the staff makes this place unpleasant currently looking to switch doctors for my child.

These doctors basically just read a book of infant facts to you. No real interaction. Terrible at follow up when there is a problem. Argued with me about how to handle an insurance issue to get my child care. Never did as they said they would. Nurses in back of office were great but clearly had to much on their plate cause it was always a forever wait. Office staff was HORRRIBLE! Rude and had better things to talk about with each other than to respond to people standing and waiting. Will never ever recommend this office to anyone. 1 star is way too much.

My daughter was five months when this doctor put her on her 3rd formula because my daughter was throwing up constantly and it was coming out her nose. After going to the ER and then following uo with a check up at this doctor,I asked them can they run test on her to make sure she was ok, because I have a family member who was going through the same thing my daughter is going through. Instead of them doing a test, they wanted me to try two different formulas at the same time, as if my daughter is a Guinea Pig!!! So i switched her doctor.

In the past 4 years, we have ALWAYS been in and out of an appointment in less than 30 minutes. Well, there was one sick visit (with two kids) where we were there for an hour but that was the only time in 4 years. The nurses are awesome. The drs do not go in to detail, but that is why you should ask questions. They were always happy to answer my questions. Their new office is so nice and clean too.
