I wish I could rate them less than poor-fair, thats giving them too much credit. No one ever answers the phones, and they rarely call you back if you leave a message. Ive left messages coughing my head off saying I need to see a doctor because Ive been sick for weeks, and didnt get called back. Im a two time cancer survivor and when I called them after finding a lump where my tumor once was, no one called me back either. They dont care about their patients at all. When you manage to actually get an appointment, be prepared to wait for hours and deal with secretaries who have the biggest attitude problems known to man. I once watched one of them hang up on someone that called. Ive had them schedule appointments for me, without me knowing, and then get lectured when I find out I apparently didnt go to an appointment I had no idea was happening. Whenever Im actually able to see a doctor, they have no clue what theyre talking about. Ive been going to endocrinologists for almost ten years now and the ones here tell me to do things I was told to never ever do. I had health problems when I was a stubborn teenager and didnt take my medicine, and they tried to tell me to stop taking it for a month. I think everyone that got Cs and Ds in medical school works here. Lastly, if you want to apply for charity care, good luck. They will tell you to send "either this or that" and when you sent "that" they say, "no we only accept this." Theyll give you a speedy response when your paperwork isnt correct, but once youre approved theyll wait 3-4 weeks to let you know. tldr; Worst place ever. I would marry a stranger with good insurance just to never go to this place again.

I went there on 5-11-15. this place is an abomination to comprehensive, timely, caring healthcare. you see resident doctors of dubious ability and judgment, who really dont want to be at clinic, the attending supervisor phantom doctors you will never see . plan on spending half a day there, cursory exams, months to see a specialist for complex issues. staff does care if you return or not, theyre hoping you dont, they know there are plenty of poor people in the area, so their jobs are secure. but in all fairness I must balance the 1* rating --this business gets 5***** in decreasing the surplus sick and poor population in Monmouth county.

astonished this place is even in business. This is a disgrace of a medical facility.
